Very good timing and cleaning
Maria Luisa was a replacement because my regular Batmaid was sick. The cleaning was completed on time and without any issue even though it was her first time in my apartment and even though she won’t be coming regularly. I appreciate how she’s done the cleaning by following every instruction from me. She is also very polite. Thanks a lot for the help!

Overall, I am satisfied with the services you are providing.
Nevertheless, there are aspects which good have been better. As an example, the Batmaids tends to change quite frequently. But it is true that after some attempts you then do your best to find a good replacement. I am happy with your website and the customer service. It is so modern and easy to use.
I recommend to ensure all Batmaids are even better trained and to advise them to bring their own shoes for indoor cleaning purposes.
