Inconsistent service
Batmaid states that their service provide a regular Batmaid for weekly cleanings, but for the last 3 months I experienced inconsistency and cancellations on a weekly basis. Changed plans and rescheduling cause great inconvenience.
Once a Batmaid do show up, they generally do a great job.
