Got everything figured out!

Saw an add on Facebook, decided to take a shot at ordering a singlet from the battlefitgear.com site (order: BFG4398)

Order was placed Dec 21st, it's now January 9th and I have yet to receive a tracking number.

I sent them an email back on January 1st where they informed me that orders ship 7-10 days once payment was received.

I paid for the singlet on the 21st so I should have received at least something from them about my order by now- sadly nothing.

I sent them an email yesterday and am still waiting on a reply.

Glad to hear people have received their purchases at least...even though it took a long time to get it.

Received item yesterday, appears they had a tracking number back on Jan 5th which was not provided to myself. Changed my 1 star to 3 as the suit was cool. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Their address is also the address for waterloo national bank…? Super sketchy stuff

DO NOT BUY. If your items do not fit correctly they will NOT LET YOU RETURN OR OFFER REFUND.
The quality of leggins were overall good but the size guides were not correct at all. I measured my waist and hips and was between sizes so ordered the smaller size. The Leggins were way too big and the legs and ankles really baggy.
I have hundreds of Leggins from many different suppliers and have never had this problem before.
On the order page it states: NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
This is untrue. They will not offer me a refund after sending them photos and measurements.
I would steer well clear !!!

Update: Updated to 3 stars because after this review the company offered me a refund. I will note that they had the opportunity to do so when I emailed them over a week before writing this review at which time they responded saying there was nothing they could do.

Placed an order on 12/12 and paid for express shipping today have a singlet my kid “needed” for a tournament on 12/21. Website said 3-5 days processing. I figured with express shipping it would cut it close but would at least have a chance of arriving on time. Order wasn’t proceeded and ready to ship until 12/19 (7 days not 3-5) and even with upgraded shipping didn’t arrive until today 12/28 (9 days after shipping). I emailed the company in the interim and got excuses for a response and got the “no refund” talk. Product itself that arrived today isn’t even great. It’s cheaply made with decent print quality at best. I’ll never use or recommend this company to any one.
Even better— the company has no place on their website or FB for people to leave reviews. Makes me think that’s intentional.

Customer service responded to my request a replacement order or a refund. They provided me a full refund on missing products. Just in case the order number is bfg3750

Also wondering when my packages will be shipped. I ordered items at the beginning of the month - looks like singular order was broken into 2 shipments and neither is on its way. Order#bfg3908
All items for Christmas and I’m highly doubting they won’t arrive in time.

Ordered a singlet for Christmas gift and at the time it said it would take 2-3 business days for processing. Currently it’s on business day 8 with a status of “pending”. Have reached out to customer service, awaiting a response. At this point, highly doubtful I will receive this before Christmas and as it’s Santa themed, will not need if it won’t arrive in time. Would love to update review once I hear back and get updated order and shipping info.

I cannot review on the actual product as it hasn't even been produced yet let alone shipped. When ordered I received a confirmation order that it would take 3 to 5 days for production then i would get sent a tracking number. I understand this is holiday time therefore I double checked the production time and delivery time to make sure it would arrive for Christmas. I've contacted them and received a reply that it takes 5 to 10 buisness days for production
after checking on my order (as of today it has bern 12 buisness days) the information given to me was that the items have still not been produced.....hopefully will get it on time and will be able to review the actual product. I've noticed there is now a statement on the website that items that are ordered now won't be delivered on time for Christmas.....wish they would have posted that earlier. I would absolutely love and would be glad to update my review once I receive my product.

Finally received my order on January 6th. If you're in a hurry, do not order. If you don't mind waiting the product is decent. The colors are beautiful however the size I a little off compared to many othe companies I've ordered from. If I were to order again I would definitely size up. I however do love all the colors and choices of patterns and my daughter seems to really enjoy them.

I ordered rash guards for my kids Jiu Jitsu class for Christmas gifts (8 items over $200). It took 2 weeks & messages to supplier to receive a tracking number. Just to find out that my order was split into 2 shipments. One tracking number doesn't even show it exists. I have ordered similar items from other companies like Raven fightwear and never had this issue come up. I tried to avoid my summo sports experience and give a new company a try. I feel like I have been scammed and don't know that my products will arrive. Generic responses. If my orders don't come in by 12/19.24 the I will fight with bank on recouping the payment and filing complaint with the Waterloo business bureau where the company address is located.
1/6/2025: Update on shipment, after multiple email conversations with the Customer service the end result was a compromise. The shipment did not arrive on the time i needed it by. The compromise was 50% refund and a delivery before 1/19/25 and I would not report to business bureau. The shipment did come in prior to the 1/19/25 date in 2 different packages. Buyers be aware that all gear from this site is a custom order shop according to the battlefitgear team. Meaning its a build to order not stock. Processing may take more than 3-5days. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND that the battlefitgear team find a different shipping partner. I feel that this was and IS where everyone is having issues with the company. Material isn't bad, not very durable some items have tears already. Designs are pretty cool. I may use them in the future for NON critical items.

A full 30 days to ship our order. What a joke

I placed an order on the 10th of November still haven't received my order and little to no response. All responses are the standard response with no one looking into the issue. Today is December 4th

Another day with no resolution as for the standard response of its a busy time of the year for shipping I totally understand but when other companies are meeting standards of overnight and or 5 to 10 days this excuse is no acceptable.

A little confusion at first but spoke with customer service and they fixed it. Thanks

Terrible communication! Received and “Grinch” is misspelled it says “glinch” WTH!!
Will never order from them again. Contacting credit card company
UPDATE… company contacted me and stated that their marketing department thought Glinch would be fun in lieu of Grinch. The refunded my purchase price and are in the process of sending a pair with Grinch… I’ll update the review with a more positive one after I receive the new ones…

Battlefitgear responded to my inquiries, sent tracking info, and when I received the gear it was outstanding!!! The custom shirt and shorts are awesome.

I purchased a total of 7 Army Veteran Rash Guards and I received plenty of attention and compliments when I wear the rashguard.

rashguard was as advertised. Perfect fit. Very affordable

Update: I was provided a tracking number and it showed all movement accounting for the time I’ve been waiting. Therefore, I have updated my review to reflect the better and near instant communication I received after the company was made aware. Bravo!

I placed an order for rashguards on 9/29/24 and as of today, I have not received any shipping updates or even a tracking number. This prompted me to further research the company as I figured I had been scammed and I can’t help but see this company has a long history of customer complaining about shipping time and poor communication. I am giving 1 star because I don’t have a product to rate, likely won’t receive a Halloween themed rashguard in time for proper use, and there are clearly still communication and shipping issues disproportionate to what is advertised that the company has failed to address. For reference, my order number is bfg3040.

Great rashguard. I love, I will buy from them again.
