I have used Matt's services several times, he is very helpful and delt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

I always dread getting new tech because it takes ages to set up, but I just told BayTech exactly what I wanted, and Matt not only sourced it for me extremely quickly (I'm talking a day or two) but cloned my old laptop onto the new one so I could pick up seamlessly where I left off. He even dropped it round and made sure everything was working and I was familiar with it. There were one or two glitches, but he was straight onto it, sorting everything out immediately. Can't recommend highly enough.

I contacted Matthew at Bay Tech from New Zealand for help setting up my elderly parents with a new IPad, and teach them how to use it.
I was quite overwhelmed with his attentiveness, he didn’t hesitate to suggest what was best for them.
His patience and kindness went way beyond what I expected. The process was quick an efficient to the last detail.

Immediate response to enquiry about possible repairs; honest assessment and good practical advice. Decided to get a new, upgraded laptop at a very reasonable price - all data quickly transferred. All successfully completed very quickly. The second time Matt has helped me out with a difficult problem and provided a very quick solution at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended!

My laptop was taking forever to boot up , dropped it off with Matt who diagnosed the problem and was sorted very quick , all files transferred over to new hard drive and now starting up super quick .
I would recommend Matt for good service and an honest opinion .

I have used Bay Tech twice, once for a laptop repair and once for a corrupt device data recovery. Both times the service has been excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Matt recovered data from a drive that was damaged and I thought I'd lost my precious photos forever. Excellent service.

Matt informed me he was on his way and arrived on schedule.
He entered my home and introduced himself in a pleasant manner before addressing my computer problem.
I knew that I had been scammed by receiving phone calls off contacts in my address book and he confirmed that.
He then used his magic and solved my problem.
My head is often in the clouds but this icloud system is beyond me so when asked for assistance to download some photos he readily oblidged.

Prompt and professional, Mathew was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My 17 inch HP laptop was very slow, i.e. around 4 mins just to boot up! I contacted baytech for recommendation to improve the situation. First question asked what kind of hard drive did I have? The old fashioned with moving parts. It was suggested to change over to a SSD drive to which I agreed. Everything was cloned onto the new drive, no loss of data or programs. Absolutely delighted with the outcome. Service was fast and reasonably priced. I can strongly recommend bay tech. Richard S

Paul gave me good advice and was able to source and set up a refurbished laptop to replace my old one that was beyond economic repair. He was knowledgeable and responded quickly to get me up and running again.

Matt is fantastic. I wanted a spring clean for my laptop before I go back to university. He was very thorough, communicated with me as necessary and is really reasonably priced. My family will definitely use him again.

Our old computer was getting slower and slower. Matt explained how he could update it but we decided to buy a new machine. Matt checked how we use the computer then recommended and supplied a new one. With a home visit to set it up and explain it to me the service could not have been better.
