I have used Bay Tech on three occasions and I am delighted with the helpful service received. In addition to routine maintenance, upgrades and problem solving the general help and advice given are most welcome. The work is carried out efficiently, with a minimum of fuss, and represents real value for money.

Panic set in when some files & folders vanished. I phoned Matt who quickly acknowledged the problem and gave me a price for correction. His calm phone manner & explanation of exactly what he was doing had the problem solved in about 30 minutes. He certainly cleared my panic and he'll be my first port of call If I get any future problems.

Matt, as usual, sorted out my problem with a printer and gave me useful information for using my new printer. I was able to print a load of paperwork in a fraction of the usual time and without any bad language. I'm so glad that I found him.

Rang at 9am. Came before 10am. Couldn't fix but took laptop away and fixed it within 24 hours. Running faster than before and highly satisfied. Very happy to recommend.

Everything about this local Company is to be commended. The pleasant man who assisted me is highly professional, skilled and knowledgeable and on both his visits was also most helpful. He went the extra mile, particularly as I am profoundly deaf. Because both my hearing-aids are faulty, I find lipreading considerably more difficult but this man was happy to use his mobile/my laptop to articulate everything he needed to say to me via texting. To sum up, I have no hesitation at all in recommending this Company to everyone for any technological job, big or small.
