I initially had an issue ordering a pair of jeans. I couldn’t get the PayPal link to work and contacted their customer service team via email. They were quick to respond and answered my question.
I shut everything down and tried to tried again the following day. This time it worked and my order was processed immediately. This was either Thursday 27th or Friday 28th and the jeans were delivered this morning.
I can’t fault them and credit where credits due the service was outstanding.

Their customer support is atrocious. When I placed an order for a shirt that was supposed to arrive in two days but didn't for three days, I made the decision to contact them via email to find out what was going on. They claimed the order was out of stock and I was wondering why no one communicated to me.That’s awful, very awful! I haven't received my order or a refund as of yet.

Items arrived in great condition and quality is way better than I anticipated also they kept me informed when I inquired about the delivery as the delivery info was taking time to load and show process, also I chose the longer delivery period and it only took about a week to arrive in Ireland from the UK. I think that delivery process is a bit uninformative is partly due to the company they use but no complaints though

Terrible company.... My son sent a T shirt back over a month ago and he has have proof they have received it yet no refund or communication whatsoever. Emailed them but no reply. Will have to go through the bank to see if they can help. AVOID!!!!

Terrible service. Scammed out of £500. 6 items ordered, 1 arrived. Tape on delivery box tampered with beforehand, only to be told I’m essentially lying. Shown NO actual proof items upon dispatch were same weight as the original packages weight. Only receipts of the day before delivery where obviously the package is the right weight. Absolute SCAM of a website be careful. Order at your own risk

The sizing for Icecream clothes is crazy bad. I am 185cm and sweatshirt in L is super small for me. XL is still short just super wide. For what kind of people are the clothes?

I purchases two items equaling out to be 300 bucks and still no response. This is ridiculous. I believe I got scammed. I will never in life wear their clothing again.

Made an order (#361768) and received 1 item out of the 5. FedEx says the tracking number associated with these items have all been shipped. Luckily I have a Ring camera where you can clearly see one small package delivered that can hold a T-Shirt. Spoke to FedEx and they mentioned thats how they shipped it. I was scammed out of my items and have filed BBB complaint and reported to Paypal as they are unresponsive. Poor customer service!!!

I have tried to ask a credit voucher for last two years, when I phoned 100 times, two went through. Been told the customer team will email the credit voucher to me but never received. Waste me a lot of time, won't order from them again.

I had absolutely TREMENDOUS customer service from beginning to end. Though I had to cancel an order, Asib who’s based in London was so helpful it’s unreal. If he’s not a manager in the company then they need to make him one ASAP!

Horrible Customer Service! No one ever answers the phone! I made an incorrect purchase .. I realized it 20 mins after. I reached out about 7-15 times via email. I called endlessly to cancel before being officially charged or shipped. No one ever answered me. Until it was too late and the item got to my residence.. I was contacted days after it was delivered with a response

Returned an item 5 weeks ago. Signed for by Aiden no refund no response from emails no response from phone. will have to do a chargeback. hope their bank accounts get frozen as they should not be trading

Save your damn money and buy from somewhere that cares about their customers!
Bought a coach jacket and within a week one of the popper buttons has come off! Trying to get it sorted. After 2 emails still no response! Garbage! I will probably be contacting trading standards

Will not be ordering from them again! Much better to order BBC Ice Cream from other retailers that offer better customer service. Ordered an item which I wanted to return, had to chase them with multiple emails to get a response. It’s now been almost two weeks since the item has been returned to them and I still have not received a confirmation (tracking proofs they’ve received it) nor did they send me my money back. Probably the worst & slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced from a known brand!

I've been having a nightmare trying to return a hoodie that was an unwanted Christmas present. Sent registered delivery to their Marshall Street address on Dec 31st following instructions on their website. Following two failed delivery attempts (no one there). Three emails, multiple phone calls and a voicemail I have still heard nothing from BBC. I have discovered that there is another returns address on Scrutton street but can't get BBC to confirm I should send it there and the post office can't change the address so potentially the parcel is lost in their system now. So frustrating. And not to get a reply from BBC (it's now 20th Jan) is a disgrace. Be very careful ordering from them. If there are any issues with the item you could face a similarly horrendous experience (even though it as tracked royal mail can't guarantee that they can even send it back to me!!!!). Currently fuming!

Extremely poor service. Ordered an item to be told 4 days later it was out of stock. No apology and no timescale as to when refund would take place. As others have said do not buy anything from this website. I have already raised this through to their service email and a week later I still have no response. Also attempted contact via twitter. Avoid this company at all costs, high prices items for low quality service.

This company is exceptionally bad, at delivery and keeping the customer updated. I ordered a hoodie almost one week ago now, and it still haven’t arrived (I paid for express courier/one business day delivery). They haven’t sent me any information, about my order being shipped. I mailed the company twice , and they still haven’t replied. Then I called the company, but they just said I should "mail" the company and then I would get a refund. But... how do I get a refund, when the company aren’t replying on my mails. BTW still haven’t revived anything yet.

So if you don’t like to wait, don’t pay for fast delivery. It’s a scam.

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order with them and when the parcel was due for delivery, it was sent to a completely different delivery address, and town, to what was placed on the email (meant to be Chester and went to Liverpool). I emailed the company and had no reply for 5 days, so I rang the delivery company who said, because of the wrong address the company gave them and the new address I tried getting them to respond it to, it had sat in the depot for days with no one knowing what to do.
I paid for express delivery, and 11 days on I still have no parcel, no reply from Billionaire Boys Club and have racked up a phone bill chasing this parcel down and trying to fix their errors. So basically, I wouldn't recommend this company for any online orders, unless you like throwing money on the ground and being ignored.

I never received my order, paid 70€, and they are unreachable ! no answer on the phone, no answer to the email. they are thieves ! don't trust that brand !
