The reason I gave you a 4 star is that you said you would send a "gift" but there was nothing included.

I have been trying to buy Napoleon Rogue 425 alternative top grill for over a year. 3 attempts with 3 different online sellers resulted in them taking my money only to send me an email days later stating that the part is out of stock and that they don’t anticipate getting it for months. Cheaper alternative through Amazon did not fit the grill even though they claimed it would.

BBB Authority was the only retailer that reflected the current status of the items stock right on the sales page. Item received in 2 days and voila! It actually fits my grill!

As a Marine veteran, I was excited to come across a veteran owned BBQ supply co. - although in IL, they made my first purchase experience a pleasure all the way down in the sunshine state! Customer service is second to none - courteous and immediately responsive. Haven’t opened my Napoleon Rogue Pro box yet but it was delivered by Fed Ex well secured on a pallet - there wasn’t a mark or imperfection on the box. Looking forward to assembling the grill this weekend and putting it to good use poolside as 90 degree temps are already on the near horizon. Thank you BBQ Authority! I cannot speak more highly of a company! Asked about a military discount, provided a code instantly. Their discount was more generous than another site I was looking at. Purchased immediately. I was shocked at how quick the grill arrived. On top of all of this, there was an extra goodie box of hot sauces with a thank you note. Top quality company! Will definitely let anyone looking for outdoor grills and entertainment spaces know about you! Thank you for the discount, quick shipping, and the extras!!

Came as advertised. Price was right

The grease pan covers arrived within a few days and the cost including shipping was reasonable. My only concern was with the use of plastic curls for packaging which are not easily recycled.

BBQ Authority did great! BBQ Authority Grill came with their own sauces thrown in!

I purchased Gozney Dome accessories that ironically were back ordered on the Gozney website. BBQ Authority had two of the three items in stock and shipped them out immediately while the third arrived about a week later. Everything was beautifully packed and arrived unblemmished. gozney products are terrific but there can occasionally be issues with their logistics and shippingand so i would recommend their purchasing products through BBQ Authority
