I have been a customer of BD Cheapest Hosting for some time, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My website has been down for over two weeks, and despite countless attempts to contact support through WhatsApp and other channels, I have received no response. To make matters worse, my cPanel access is also unavailable, making it impossible for me to manage or troubleshoot the issue myself.
On top of that, I recently discovered that BD Cheapest Hosting operates an illegal business by using fake licenses for cPanel. This is not only unethical but also puts their customers’ data and businesses at significant risk.
Their support team is full of lies—making false promises without delivering any solutions. This prolonged downtime has caused severe damage to my business, including financial losses and harm to my reputation. The lack of communication and complete failure to resolve the issue are absolutely unacceptable.
I deeply regret choosing BD Cheapest Hosting and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from them. If you value your website's uptime, your business, and honest practices, do not trust this provider.

I paid for a domain name, they uses PayFast to receive payment, after payment they redirected back to their website and display 404 page and my invoice still remain unpaid.
