Based on the glowing reviews of this service - I decided to go all in and setup a Minecraft server.

However, when connectivity issues started and the server not starting any of the services properly I submitted a support ticket.

My support ticket has been acknowledged but completely ignored. I have been attempting to solve this myself but I keep running into issues and there doesnt seem to be any SLA's associated with the support tickets.

Fantasic response times to any issues (as few and far between as they are). Very friendly staff, and of course the actual server hosting provided is top notch (for Factorio at least!)

The web UI is also pretty nice - you can tell a lot of attention to detail has gone into the service, and I'm sure it will only continue to be further refined over time.

I'm not really one to leave reviews, but the professionalism I've experienced in dealing with them so far is second to none and deserves to be commended.

Nice and easy to use, but most of all it is the customer support. Instant respons and help as you need it.

A great team with a great product!

I've been hosting a Factorio server with these guys for three months and it's the best server hosting experience I've had yet!

The team are responsive to all my support queries, provided me with an easy to use subscription service and made it incredibly easy to install mods into my server. The UI looks incredibly modern compared to the other companies I've previously used.

The team just get it done right.

This is a scam + too expenvise. the support team did NOTHING really to help us and my team.

Signed up with ServerFlex for their neat built-in Factorio mod manager. You can install mods right from the application without ever using FTP.

- Had an issue with the server I've rented - was resolved almost immediately, and that's on a weekend!
- Had an issue with login, and Jon, one of the engineers jumped in immediately and helped to debug the problem which turned out to be completely on my end.

The application is neat and gives you full control where you need it, renting experience is smooth, servers are quick and do not cost much. Overall, it's an amazing offering.

Things go wrong all the time, it's being able to handle those situations well and with humility that builds the most trust between a company and their customers and has a lasting impact.

The last time I hosted a Minecraft server with ServerFlex, it was available to play almost immediately. This time it got to 40 minutes and still no sign of it being live. I reached out for help on their Discord and Jon responded instantly - I DM'd Jon my e-mail and within a few minutes he already had an update for me - there was a problem on their side.

Jon had liaised with another member of the team and they discovered there was an issue with the version of the Modpack I had chosen.

No bother - Jon kept me updated regularly and his colleague implemented a fix within the hour.

Apologies were given, as well as a very thoughtful gesture - an appropriate amount of credit, which I will certainly use for my renewal.

This is what world-class customer service looks like and although I was hoping to not run into this sort of delay today, I'll be left with a long lasting positive experience in dealing with ServerFlex. Thanks Jon & team

I used this provider to host a Factorio server for a group of co-workers for several months. The uptime is rock solid and the customer support was great the one time I did need help. I can highly recommend them, they're good at what they do!

Execellent support. Using this host for a while now. Very good price and if you joind discord any server issues are fixed in minutes. Therefore other hostings are more expensive and won't provide you direct support. Really enjoying these services and going to come back whenever needed again

Super fast response to service request and the staff member was able to identify the issue I had almost immediately and walk me through a fix right away.

The company offers a trial of their service with no credit card needed. Moreover anytime I have needed support it was no more than a few minutes before I was talking to someone directly to solve my problem. Not to mention they cover many games and specifically their Factorio mod integration is second to none.

Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend Serverflex as a hosting company for gaming platforms. The dedicated and knowledgeable staff provided exceptional support in addressing any issues with my servers, and even went above and beyond by offering a complimentary one-month credit. I wanted to get my server migrated and an admin worked out of hours to do so after messaging them on discord, a good experience compared to other server companies.

Amazing, we set up the wrong server and I contacted Jon on their discord. Not only did he explain everything, he changed the server over and installed our mod packs… we literally did nothing he did the lot. Beautiful service above and beyond customer service. The server itself was stable and performed with no issues on quite a demanding mod pack so very very happy with my experience so far.

I’m a bit disappointed, I rented an iron plan for a Minecraft forge server. It is a really easy and intuitive configuration for the server, and the support team is great, but not the server. It would always disconnect even if there is nobody playing. Or it would just freeze without letting you join, and it would stay like that for hours. Even now as I write this, I tried to log and copy my world files, and all I get is, “unable to load server files – please try again.” I’m tired of writing tickets to support, so I’m not going to continue with them, even if that means losing my world data.

I can't express enough just how awesome of an experience I've had with ServerFlex. I've only been with them a few weeks, and the experience has been nothing but incredible. I've had a few issues here and there, but with that being said, all those issues have been resolved within minutes by talking to support. The support experience is amazing, and they actually take the time to not only fully understand what the issue you're having is and then fix the issue, but I also suggested a "fix" shall I call it, and they not only listened, but actually implemented it. While I'm sure they can't very well implement all the user suggestions, the fact that they even listened is huge. I can't recommend them enough for your server needs! I look forward so working with them as they look to better themselves as a whole, and expand their games library!

Rented a Valheim server. Good servers infrastructure, affordable, support team available when help is needed.

I don't have a ton of experience with server hosting services but I have had no trouble with the product at all. What really stands out is the customer service! Tickets have been responded to promptly and errors on their end have been compensated. Exactly how this all should work. Great job!
