Generous 50GB quota for newcomer
After signing up, they gave me 50GB of storage, which is great. Transferring photos and videos from Google Photos to another cloud was very smooth and worked well.
I am glad services like MultCloud exist. For people living in poor country where mobile data is expensive, MultCloud is a smart solution for moving files from one cloud to another.

Can't connect to MEGA cloud storage despite that MEGA is mentioned on the website
As mentioned on many forums for many years, MultCloud can't connect to MEGA cloud storage. This is because MEGA uses zero-knowledge or end-to-end encryption.
Nevertheless, MEGA Cloud Storage is still mentioned on the website of MultCloud.
On March 28, 2026, I sent this email to Multcloud support:
"This week, I have purchased a lifetime unlimited subscription, but I can't log in to Mega.
The correct email and password for Mega is entered. No F2A in Mega is activated. I don't use a VPN.
But I still get the error message: "Some parameters are not entered correctly, or you have activated F2A."
This is the nonsense response I received on March 29, 2026:
"For the Mega connection issue, please make sure you log in to the Mega official page and keep the official page in the browser tab.
Then, add Mega in MultCloud again.
If it still does not work, please offer a screenshot of the issue.
BTW, if possible, please offer your Mega account and password so the technicians will reproduce and find solutions for you."
I read on some forums that MultCloud support asked for the passwords of MEGA accounts, but I thought that this was just a made-up story until I received the same ridiculous response.
Of course, Multcloud might work with other cloud storage. However, the fact that MEGA is mentioned on the website, for many years on many internet forums users have complained that MEGA can't connect, and the nonsensical but dangerous request by Multcloud support to offer my MEGA password makes me skeptical about Multcloud.
Fortunately, a refund was issued immediately without delay or strange questions.
Worked smoothly, happy with the results
Everything worked smoothly transferring all our data from Dropbox to SharePoint. Couldn't be happier with the results. Also, with the few issues I did have, support was quick to assist in resolving them! Special thanks to Lanry Lucky and his support!
Great Idea - Poor Execution
This software lacks good instructions. The streams drop. After a stream drops there is no easy way to determine which folders were in that stream. I had to sync lots of folders manually. If I had it all to do over again I would just do it manually without Multcloud.

Bonjour. Si j'avais pu mettre zéro étoile, je l'aurais fait. Je viens d'acheter une licence en trafic illimité pour un an. Pratiquement 150 € jetés à la poubelle car aucun transfert n'arrive au bout. Pire avec une connexion Internet à toute épreuve, le transfère ce fait très très lentement. Je vais d'ailleurs écrire au service clients afin d' obtenir un remboursement et user de mon droit de rétractation. Je ne conseille pas ce produit, c'est mieux d'aller voir ailleurs.

Kept hitting OAuth errors, switched to All Cloud Hub
Used MultCloud for a few weeks trying to manage files across google drive and onedrive. The core idea is exactly what i needed but the oauth connections kept dropping every couple of days and i had to reconnect accounts manually each time. Also felt uneasy about how credentials were being handled in the background, the privacy side was not very transparent.
After looking around i switched to All Cloud Hub (allcloudhub.com). Connects the same clouds, oauth stays stable, nothing gets stored on their servers, files stay in your own accounts. Has a free plan which covered my personal setup fine.
MultCloud might work for simpler one time transfers but for ongoing day to day management across multiple clouds it did not hold up reliably enough for me.
Problem solved.

Had a billing issue and happy with resolution
Had a billing issue and worked with Lanry Lucky. Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours, very appreciative of their efforts.
The company claims to be able to copy from Google Photos but can't
The company claims to be able to transfer files from Google Photos, so I paid for the subscription. But when I attempted to do this an alert said it can't access Google Photos that were not uploaded by Multcloud, hence it can not do synchronise or copy my photos out Google Photos.
Migration endet in Desaster
Wir wollten MultCloud für die Migration von Dropbox zu OneDrive einsetzen. Der 2-Wege-Sync löschte über 1000 Dateien aus unserer Dropbox, da er beim ersten Versuch nicht alle Dateien erfasst hatte und beim nächsten Lauf diese dann einfach gelöscht hat, da der das Ziel (OneDrive) trotz Fehler als vollständig erachtet hat. Nach anfänglicher Antwort und Versprechen das zu untersuchen, bekam ich darauf keine Antwort mehr vom Support.
Die Daten konnten wir wiederherstellen und
versuchten es dann mit einem Ein-Wege-Sync und hartem Cutover. Obwohl die Jobs als erfolgreich angezeigt wurden fehlten massenweise Dateien. Das haben leider die Mitarbeiter nach Cutover festgestellt. Kaum ein Job war vollständig. Wir mussten die Migration nun mit einer anderen Software im laufenden Betrieb nachholen und arbeiten noch immer an den Auswirkungen. Der Support hat auf diese Anfrage gar nicht mehr reagiert. Wir scheinen nun ignoriert zu werden.
Vielleicht ein nettes Produkt, um privat ein paar unwichtige Daten zu synchronisieren. Im Unternehmenseinsatz kann ich es nicht empfehlen.
