Server is perfect. Perfect customer support perfect servers and everything in general is great

They do not only offer good service but also have exceptional customer care. I had the pleasure of meeting Alan, who, in addition to solving the problem I had, gave me unbeatable treatment.

Very quick and helpfull service. Things where resolved in a quick fashion. All in all a very good service.

Very good quality servers and excellent customer support. The Tin tier was more than sufficient for Valheim 4-5 players at a time. Granted, there was a bit of latency strain when playing with 5+, but all in all a happy customer.

They're fast to respond the their Discord server and issues are resolved quickly.

The support was amazingly fast and i got my issue resolved almost instantly. The owners went out of their way to find a solution from their end to help me out.

The service was really easy to setup for Factorio. Then later on when I had some issues upgrading versions of Mods since they added a new mod upload tool, their support technician was able to fix up the issue in real time and help me get the upgrade working. Excellent customer support

Amazing servers, the team that help you with crash and the server are so help full and always fix your problem if you have one with the mods

Awesome and super responsive support. I had some minor issues with billing that caused my server to go offline. When I asked if I could reclaim my subdomain, Roy went above and beyond, recovering both the subdomain and my Minecraft world files.

Great use in both servers so far. Used on 2 different games every time issues are fixed prompt and service is quickest I have seen normally.

Great server price for the quality of product and quality of service received, I've had 2 issues (self caused) in the past 2 days with modding my server and they rushed in and helped both times straight away. No questions asked! Only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is down to the fact this 1 thing isn't implemented on their website, and that's the ability to Import a full folder, Unfortunately you have to do all the subcategory's yourself and then import the files in bit by bit which can take time! but other than this i find them amazing!

The servers are very reasonably priced, and the support team are quick to respond and extremely helpful.

I initially had an issue with the server being undersized for its purpose (known issue with the game being resource heavy, not a server issue), and they immediately resolved the issue, offered some credit for the time spent affected by the issue and everything worked fabulously after that. I couldn't ask for more than that!

I was having some issues that I couldn't figure out on my own. But the support team were quick and helpful to get everything back in order. Very impressed!

Near-instant deployment? Check.
Flawless service? Check.
Quick and fast support? Check, check, check!
I deployed a Valheim server with ServerFlex and when the time came to upgrade it, they fixed it in a matter of minutes from my initial support ticket was submitted.
Friendly, easy to talk to and solution-oriented, they upgraded the server without needing to restart it.
Overall, it is so far a perfect score in my eyes.

It's cheap, easy and fast to set up and the customer service is great, so if you are a first timer and can't figure it out, they'll help you out.

My experience with Battlecrate when it comes to Minecraft was great, there was no problems and the server got up surprisingly fast. While playing for couple hours, there were no problems overall which just made it even better.

Overall I have nothing bad about it to write, I have liked it and there hasn't been any complications.
It shows that they have put a lot of work in it so keep up the good work.

My friends and I wanted to try out some custom CS:GO maps but didn't want to pay an expensive monthly cost just for one night. Battlecrate made it really easy to set up a server for a few hours, and it was very inexpensive (only $0.30!).

Works with minecraft very well, can't say l would in any way regret becoming their customer.

This was so easy to set up, probably the best web service for hosting a mc servers. Took less than a couple mintues to set up. Would highly recommend if your trying to play quickly with friends online without hamachi etc

Used the Halloween promo code to play Minecraft with some friends and was amazed by how it literally took 10 seconds for the to be server ready. Good performance and enjoying so far. My only complaint was upgrading the size however support on Discord was able to do this for me and have said it will be a future feature.

UPDATE: support gave me a rough estimate of when resizing servers will be available through the panel however as I previously stated they were able to do this for me manually.
Changed from 4 to 5 stars because they now offer private Among Us hosting which is wonderful for after work Zoom socials during COVID when the official Among Us servers are down.

I've been using BattleCrate for a couple months to run a small Minecraft server and occasionally a Factorio server and it has been a seamless experience - the pricing is very fair, the platform is fast and the team always respond to my queries in a matter on minutes.

The hourly billing really sets this platform apart from the other companies and being able to play for a few hours for a few pennies really does make it a no-brainer.
