Helen especially was amazing. She was such a help and always there to answer any questions needed. She truly went above and beyond to get the sale through in line with our timescale. Buying and selling property can be stressful but Helen really did everything possible to help and was a massive support throughout.

We recently completed on the purchase of our first home and Bear were absolutely amazing the whole way through! Helen was there for us every step of the way and did everything she could to support us! Sydney was also a great help, and together, they made us feel so at ease with the process! In 12 weeks on the market I have not had a single call from Bear in Leigh on Sea apart from to book one viewing, or seen any evidence they are marketing my property other than putting it online. I called after 6 weeks and was told they would enquire with people looking for similar properties and get some feedback about why they weren't interested in mine. This never happened. I then had a viewing booked in after 11 weeks. They were a no-show and Bear did not contact me to let me know and when I called were not able to explain why this hadn't been done. I know the market is tough but I have had 0% service.

We would highly recommend Bear Estate Estate Agents (Hockley) to use for selling your property as you won't be disappointed. Scott and Ellis were immensely helpful and professional and screened all potential viewers to the property. We cannot praise Zoe (Sales Progression) highly enough. She was always at the end of a phone or email informing us of any updates and her sense of humour made the whole moving process a little less stressful. Thank you Bear!

This was my first time dealing with Bear’s and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment booked to view a property with a staff member named Rebecca. I was running late because I got lost, but instead of calling me to check or at least letting me know what was happening, she simply moved on without any communication. When I finally arrived and called to explain, I was told she had already left.

I found this lack of professionalism and courtesy very frustrating. Communication is key in this line of work, and as a potential customer, I expected better. From my own experience, and from what I’ve heard from others, Bear’s does not leave a positive impression. Sadly, I will not be using their services again.
