Support team not very helpful. All they did was send me links to videos I've already watched. My propage has been down for almost 2 weeks and it says Im trying to steal my customer info. Beatsars needs a customer support phone number, this email back & forth and leaving reviews is ineffective and is terrible time management.

Please allow us to clarify that BeatStars is not involved in any sales/purchases of beats and collects no money for those transactions.
The only transactions that involve BeatStars are the sales of BeatStars products and services such as subscriptions (Marketplace, Pro Page, Publishing), Beat ID, and Promote campaigns.
Therefore in this instance, you will need to contact the producer directly to request a refund.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Constant issues with distribution and not being paid. Nightmare moving my music to another platform had nothing but stress using BeatStars. Owed money as I write this. Unhappy customer

Could you please provide the ticket reference on where you are having trouble for further investigation?
Please note that Distribution is a service that is winding down at this stage, we would like to further clarify that, unfortunately, streams and royalties are not generated in real-time. You may see your stats data within the stores, but that data is not provided to us instantly and in real time. Each platform has to vet each of the streams to make sure they are legitimate and monetizable according to their requirements. We also have to vet those streams on our side.
In general, it takes around 90+ days for each of the stores/platforms to provide us with the data and revenue. Once we have vetted the data/revenue and confirmed the data/revenue is legitimate, we will then pay out. However unfortunately this does take a bit of time, as it's not a simple process.
We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Ums so zu sagen, ich habe BeatStars Studio verwendet, um meine Musik auf Plattformen wie Spotify, Amazon Music und co. zu verteilen. Allerdings hat mir BeatStars bei jedem einzelnen Release Probleme bereitet. Ständig wurden Releases unbegründet abgelehnt und bei weiteren Versuchen doch angenommen, Release-Überprüfung ignoriert oder beim Release alle ausgewählten Stores entfernt (so das der Release garnicht erst angenommen werden kann). Sorry Jungs und Mädels, aber ich werde meinen Distributor wechseln. Peace out.

Beatstars will screw you instead of fixing their errors
A bug on Beatstars deleted my personal information and caused 4 licenses that I paid for to be defective. Support would not do anything. I suggest to anyone buying through Beatstars that they instead contact the producer personally and cut out the middle man. The producer gets a better cut, and Beatstars customer service is useless anyway. The fact that this came just after they increased fees is even more ridiculous. Don't give these people your business.
