where is my return...? I returned an item which was delivered back to B&B over two weeks ago according to tracking. No confirmation from B&B and no refund or update. Tried calling three times, each time the phone line plays a recorded message saying staff training. Let's hope they are training them how to process returned items within the same calendar year eh!?

I have been buying from Beaufort and Blake for a number of years but have never had the need to contact their customer service but was thoroughly impressed when I reached out to them. I had an issue with a purchase which was swiftly and reasonably resolved. Really helpful and responsive customer service staff!

To be honest, the cardigan was not me and i had to return it, but what struck me was how friendly and personable the staff at B and B were, which made the whole process very pleasant.

Good customer service is rare these days and these guys have absolutely nailed it. Prompt to reply to emails and very efficient. Beautiful well made products as well. So 10/10.

Good quality clothes, something a bit different but still very wearable. I made a mistake with my order, they were very quick to sort it out for me. Very helpful and efficient.

Not sure what's more impressive - the quality of their clothes or the quality of their customer service. EXCEPTIONAL!!

Terrible quality of items and very poor customer service.
After buying multiple items over the past few months I have had several issues with the quality of most of the items, after one wash there are holes appearing and after speaking to customer services they told me that it was down to “wear and tear” which is a shocking response when the items have barely been worn at all, especially given the cost of the items, I really hoped it would be good quality and the items would last a long time.
Very very poor, wish I had read through the reviews before purchasing, I will certainly not be ordering from this company again.

I've been buying from Beaufort and Blake for the last 5+ years and in that time they've never failed to impress.
Great range and reasonably priced considering the high quality. Consistently excellent all round service and I imagine I will still be saying the same thing 5 years on.

Tried to order an item on three occasions and Shopify (that deals with orders) wouldn't accept my order. I reported problem to Customer Service and was told it was a problem with my bank. The bank told me it was a problem with the merchant and not themselves... btw I had no problem ordering clothes from other Companies. Beaufort and Blake customer service gave up and basically washed their hands of it. Its a shame... I was a good customer but won't be buying from them again.

Happy with products I have purchased - little expensive but good quality.

Like the products, but they refuse to comply with the law on returns. It is not lawful to levy a returns charge if an order is cancelled in full within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contract Regulations 2013). Beaufort & Blake refused to accept that, and gave misleading replies, including claiming that M&S levy returns charges (not true).
If I can't trust a retailer to follow the law, I'm not going to risk buying from them again.

First time ordering from this company and can not see why the hype on social media or maybe that is why they have to pay everyone on youtube and their cat and dog to advertise them... Sadly I got influenced by one of the influencer's too...
I bought a jacket in sale and it arrived smelling of someone's perfume so clearly has been worn. I returned it and emailed the customer service team to alert them of this, their response was could not care less kind of vibe and "we'll pass your concerns to the product team".
Also, I judge the company by returns process and their returns take 12 WORKING days to process from the date of receiving the item back! Madness!

Given the option of a 15% discount with 1 st purchase > £100 if you sign up for their marketing. The algorithm did not work (tested repeatedly). Emailed customer service asking for help, and got no answer (even after several weeks).

I am an unusual customer. British living in the Philippines which means my order got flagged as potential fraud and so the team reached out right away to assist with handling a new order for me.

Have purchased a lot of shirts and the last 2 have been questionable in sizing- after checking my previous shirts with the same description on fit ie: slim, boyfriend, etc feel that there is a little scrimping on large sizing going on. All in all excellent quality though, love my choices but again Beaufort, are you now cutting corners ir changed your manufacturer as am losing a little confidence ordering !

Make a purchase pay the money. 4 days later no order confirmation. Contact by email no response.

In the past all products purchased have been fine albeit lose shape after several washes.
