I don't write many reviews but this was a really disappointing experience from a brand I'm fond of.

I bought three shirts (c. £150). Two shrunk in the wash despite my following instructions perfectly. One (linen) developed a hole on its second wash.

I'm really confident I followed all washing instructions to the letter. The customer service team responded to tell me that these weren't product faults as they tested the washing in item production (for shrinking) and that I had used bio detergent (for the hole), which I hadn't. I was, as a gesture of goodwill, offered £10.

I'm disappointed about the quality of items, of course, but also the response from the CS team. Not only is the £10 off a future order a little insulting but the incorrect assumptions made about where the shrinking/hole had occurred left a sour taste.

I bought the items, followed the instructions, now they aren't in a state that I want to wear and they claim nothing is wrong.

This is a brand I love and have had lots of great items from, so wouldn't necessarily dissuade anyone, but this will be my final purchase given this incident.

I have bought 3 polo shirts for my husband and all have holes after around the 3rd/4th time of washing and the quality has clearly deteriorated Washed on a 30 and I don’t tumble dry just to clarify . Really poor quality unfortunately so won’t be re purchasing which is a shame as they have some lovely clothes .

Prompt and friendly service, after I ordered a wrong product. Responsive and efficient in a world full of slack service!

Excellent quality clothing from a great company with a nice personal touch. I have been very happy with everything I have purchased from them, and a small problem I had with one item was dealt with within hours. Highly recommended

So grateful to Beaufort & Blake for kindly refunding the postage on a replacement pair of shorts that I ordered in a hurry after I ordered a size 8 that didn't! Now keeping my fingers crossed that the size 10 arrives in time for my holiday. Whatever the case, I am impressed by the speedy, personal and excellent customer service —as well as the quality of the clothes—and will definitely order again.

Petra in Customer Service was so incredibly helpful in sorting an issue for me. Communication was excellent, problem was sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend Beaufort and Blake, - plus I have been delighted with the items I have purchased too!

I had a question about ‘lost’ (by the recipient) The question was answered and a copy of the voucher was sent to me in less than 2 hours. Handled by Petra.

I absolutely love the quality of B and B goods. And the grey sweatshirt I bought recently with the B on the front is fab quality. But the size??? I ordered Small and as a relaxed fit expected, well, relaxed. But this is huge! The neck gapes and is in no way small. Haven’t sent back as thought “Well it is relaxed!”

Wearing tonight in Corfu. Again love the quality. Sooo soft!! And realised - as husband laughed - it isn’t just relaxed - it is enormous!! Such a shame. Without the gaping neck I could wear but this is silly. Maybe give it to some bull necked wrestler??

Great quality clothes. First time buying from Beaufort & Blake and I couldn’t be happier with the standard and fitting of my new purchases!

As a customer who has bought a lot from them in the past- Disappointing that they don’t let you use a credit note against a sale item, when all the items are currently in the sale they make you pay full price. (Makes no sense to me and seems to be a ploy to rip off your customers). I recommend this is reviewed otherwise you will lose more customers in future!

Got a pair of shorts in 34, too big and asked to switch for 32. I was told they didn't have any in stock and so I would have to wait and see if any 32's were returned by other customers... Never heard anything more.

For the price, I think the customer service is poor

Great service. I recently purchased a polo shirt which developed a fault after a few months. I contacted B&B and a replacement polo shirt was despatched the same day! A new customer for life.

Customer service was amazing - dealt with issue really quickly and sent out a replacement. Special shout out to Petra - she was so helpful and really lovely to deal with.

Excellent quality. Good fit too.
Website easy to use and ordering straight forward. Received items in three days. Simple packaging; not a ton of plastic!

The shorts were a tad snug but sweatshirt tops and shirts really good fit and quality fabric.

Filling a much needed gap between high street cheap and cheerful and then designer overpriced labels.

I contacted Customer Services because unfortunately some stitching came undone on the cuff of my sweatshirt which is unusual because in my experience the quality of B&B’s clothing is of a very good standard
I submitted a photograph of the defect and by reply I was offered a replacement garment.
I am now looking forward to receiving it.
I cannot fault the service & would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant customer service! I stupidly put the wrong shipping address on my order! and Petra (customer service detective), Quickly made this change to ensure my order was delivered to the right address on time!

Will continue to buy from this brand for the quality of their products and great service!
