Made order still not received parcel was ment 2 come other day but now it's not still don't no when. This will be turning up rubbish service needed this for hoilday that why I ordered as said will come before I go rubbish service quick to take my money

I made my order on 21st June so over 2 months ago - £40 worth and nothing received despite many emails chasing. Appalling. I needed these eyebrow pencils for my wedding in 10 days. Such a disappointment.

It’s been a week and have not recieved the Item it hasn’t been put on the Shop App either I have emailed today but will go to my Credit Card Company for a Refund

Still waiting a week after my order was placed!

Paid. Didn’t receive either the product or a shipping email. Nothing

Placed an order on the 30th January and it is the 11th February and I have no notification about it being shipped. I emailed them and received no response so I have no idea what is going on.

J'ai commandé 2 eyeliner en septembre ( tres cher mais comme il sont en fin de stock c'est dificile a trouvé )
Le probleme c'est qu'il n'en avait pas 2 en stock et m'en ont envoyé qu'un seule sans me demander mon avis..... et j'ai payé des frais de port énorme. ce qui n'est plus du tout rentable pour un seul article. J'ai donc refusé la comande. je n'ai rien donc rien reçu et depuis impossible d'etre rembourser! 95€ l'eyeliner ( hors taxe france) ca fait cher.
JE demande le remboursement car ca fait 3 mois maintenant c'est inadmissible

Ordered Olaplex0 and it arrived as an empty bottle, the contents absorbed into the package. I have sent 2 emails regarding this problem including photographs. but had no reply to either. Hugely disappointed

My second order here and they have the best prices and products. My parcel was slightly delayed due to royal mail strikes and I contacted customer service and Liv quickly responded with a lovely response. I will be buying more from Beauflo

I was happy with my product, however I paid for nect day delivery on Tuesday, but my product didn't arrive until Saturday.

I paid nearly $20 for shipping and my order has had no tracking updates in 10 days maybe even longer. I needed these items for an event I am attending tomorrow and hoped they would be here on time. But I have received no updates on my order. Getting kind of worried

I originally had an issue with a shampoo i bought off the website, the mechanical squirt was not working. I sent a message to customer service, not sure i would hear anything back. Ellie, emailed me straight back and talked me through the process i needed to go through to get the matter dealt with. It turned out the mechanical problem then righted itself when i tried again and so no further action was needed. I was really impressed with Ellie and how quickly and efficiently she dealt with my query. Thanks
