Had a great experience with the products that we purchased from this company, the process went so smooth and great! Love their products and what the company stands for! We purchased the bebcare monitors and just love that they are low emissions and that gives us peace of mind that we made the right choice! Had an error that I couldn’t figure out and the company performed troubleshooting with me and was able to come to a super fast resolution. Superior customer service!

I have done research upon research and have finally found a brand that truly cares about the safety of littles in regards to low EMF’s. It is critical that they are not exposed and there are so many baby/child products that do just that at high capacities.

As a parent, I want to make the BEST decisions and purchases for my child. Bebcare is it for a camera system that I stand by and support 100% as a safe option to place in my children’s rooms.

I can’t say enough positive things about them and the customer service is fantastic, quick and understanding!

I've been loving my baby camera for over a year now. It has fantastic video quality and comes with a bunch of great features on the monitor, like a white noise silencer and split screen. We take it with us when we visit our parents or go camping, and I really appreciate that it charges via USB, so I can use my cellphone charger instead of bringing another one.

Very quick response to any questions I had.

DO NOT BUY.
Bebcare is run by one person. CS, engineer, shipping, web dev, every role is done by the same person, when they say they will forward your issue to the engineering team, it is still the same guy pretending there is some professional team.
They also write their own reviews on the website. All those 4/5 star reviews? Its written by the same person. Pay attention and you will notice the same style of writing- “I’ve had XX for XX months and I love it!”, “ it brings me a peace of mind”, etc.

You will be better off with a big brand camera with actual warranty and support. Don’t waste your money!

Long story short - I bought the Bebcare iQ camera which had fundamental issues from the start that made it impossible to use. Was ghosted by support after I requested an alternate resolution given the issue had not been fixed after FIVE months. DO NOT BUY from this company - if you ever have an issue with the camera, you'll likely be SOL. I should have returned this the moment it arrived.

Pros:
- Video quality is great, especially at night time/in the dark.
- If camera is offline, you can still use parental unit to monitor sound only.

Cons:
- Camera had a built-in feature to re-calibrate every morning at 3AM. This rendered the camera useless for the rest of the morning and many times, the rest of the day no matter how many times it was turned off and on.
- Unable to monitor baby when we needed it most thanks to the above issue.
- Camera would click during recalibration which disturbed baby.
- I selected to turn off status lights on the camera but they would flash every once in a while when online and would be fully on when in the recalibration process which also disturbed my baby.
- Can only control the camera through the app.
- Support was lackluster. Had to follow up multiple times to get anywhere. Even when they said an issue was fixed, it was not. At one point, it took them one and a half months to respond to me even though I followed up three times.
- Support/engineering unable to fix issues over long periods of time and unwilling to work with customers to come to alternate solutions (refund, replacement camera, etc.).
- Waste of money and time

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. If you have a problem they will not answer your email. Not only that, there is no phone number to call them direct ( unless you want to call Asia). That, in itself, should tell you something about this company. I purchased a baby monitor for my DIL and the plastic cover continually came off. They told me to tape/glue it on. I said absolutely not and I wanted a replacement. It was about 6 months old and the warranty was for 1 year. That’s when all communication stopped. Shame on them! Buyer beware!

Love the low EMF idea to keep my baby safer. We set timers on our WiFi so they turn off at night. It’s so important to us that the monitor doesn’t emit radiation and this monitor does that.

Bebcare Air 本体 が届くまでに約１年、フィルターは２年以上かかり、その間、ショッピングサイト経由の注文のキャンセル交渉や、Bebcare Air 本体 の不具合内容の報告などを含めると、１００回以上メールでやりとりをしたと思います。

bebcare.comから商品を購入する際には、膨大な労力と忍耐を覚悟する必要があります。

Bebcare Air 本体 の挙動はおかしいままですが、注文した商品は全て届いたので、だましだまし愛用していこうと思います。

They are an absolute scam. They’ve stolen $400 from our young family and have stopped replying to our emails.

We purchased a baby monitor and requested a refund which they agreed to. We paid out of pocket to ship the item back which they received. However they have not refunded us the money. They’ve stopped replying and blocked us anyway they can.

When reading the other reviews it’s really sad to see so many people have a similar experience.

We received the wrong monitor model as a baby shower gift. Never opened it, still in its original packaging.

The day it arrived we reached out to see if we could exchange for the model we were interested in. This was well within Bebcare’s stated return window of 14 days.

I’ve sent 8 emails in the past 2 weeks and have reached out via their website contact form. I still have yet to receive a reply with any form of instructions on how to exchange.

If a business is unable to resolve the easiest customer issues, it means they do not stand behind the products they sell. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely shocking. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund and they’ve now stopped replying. Borderline scam DO NOT buy from them.

Overall, great customer service. Very responsive team with fast turn-around to our emails. Got our monitor setup correctly to keep an eye on the newborn son.

Rebecca was lovely. She assisted with a replacement unit when our camera failed on a recent trip to Europe. We needed a working baby monitor badly, so her fast help is greatly appreciated :)

Absolute piece of garbage - unuseable. Constantly disconnects and will not reconnect. Network failure. Not connected to server. So many error messages constantly. It is also complicated to use (and im a tech savvy person so thats a lot coming from me). Contacted via website which says 'we reply instantly' and got zero response days later. Had to go and spend hundreds more dollars on a new monitor after spending around $500AU on this. Pretty upsetting! Don't waste your money!
