Good customer service and a great product. Have used for over a year, and no issues. We use the cameras daily.

Do NOT buy bebcare items. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They will email you threats; and will threaten to report you to the credit card bureau and also to local authorities if you attempt to chargeback to get your money back for a DEFECTIVE item. I was tired of dealing with their threats so I just cancelled my credit card dispute. They mailed me a defective item and even after I sent them a video of the item, clearly showing the defect, they refused to refund me and wanted me to pay for shipping back to them. Do NOT buy from this company! They’re taking advantage of a deaf mom with a newborn.

Don't buy from these crooks. Buttons failed internally within a couple months of use, they are refusing me warranty because "button damage is not covered". In trying to explain my unit is not damaged and that this is an internal issue they completely stop responding. I spent over $500 for a monitor that worked for a few months. Find another company to support!

These monitors are an absolute necessity for any Parent. They’re so easy to set up. I love how you can adjust the sensitivity. We keep tabs on the kids both at nap time and overnight. When the toddler gets out of his bed, and is not supposed to, were able to see him and go up there and get him back to sleep again. Can easily see them in the dark of night as well. The sound and or motion turn the monitor screen on. They give such a piece of mind. We have bought these for other friends and relatives as shower gifts. Everybody loves them.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and terrible product. Stay away from this company. Had constant issues with 2 of these monitors. First one was within warranty but they blamed user fault and was forced to purchase the second which started playing up with in 6 months. Definitely shouldn’t have purchased the second monitor but needed to as we had the cameras. Avoid!!!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the parent unit and the response from the Bebcare team. Purchased the monitor just under a year ago, we noticed the quality of the parent unit seemed clunky and poor quality/old tech however it worked so we were happy to overlook this as we were conscious of the emf radiation from competing brands. Within a few months numerous buttons on the parent unit were no longer functioning correctly. We contacted the Bebcare team and they advised the issues must be due to moisture damage or dust. The unit has stayed in our bedroom barely being touched and definitely not being exposed to moisture or dust. No replacement was offered and we are now stuck with a unit that barely works and with the quality of a camera and tech from the 2000’s. If we knew this we would have never purchased. So disappointed with the overall support from the team and highly recommend you look at other options of monitors as it is simply not worth the extra money.

Robbed By Bebcare - Order Never Shipped Despite Charge

I ordered a baby monitor from Bebcare over six months ago. I was unaware that the order had never shipped until my friend flags that she had never received it. Upon looking into the matter, I found that Bebcare had delayed the order after requesting information regarding the nature of the purchase. Despite this, they had still charge my card. When I sent them an email expressing the nature of the purchase they still failed to ship the baby monitor. Essentially, they stole over $300 from me and now my friend does not have the item that she needs for her baby. I am deeply disappointed by Bebcare’s customer service. I can’t trust this company after this bizarre experience.

I wish I could give negative 10 stars. After more reading all of the 1-star reviews. I agree now that this company is complete trash. I was sent a defected parent unit that would not work properly when using the buttons. After speaking to a customer service representative, Rachel, who I’m not sure actually read any of my emails because her responses were unintelligent and not helpful, she informed me that she confirmed with the technical team that there is an internal issue, but they will not be replacing the item. I had written her starting on April 17 when my son was only one month old. And I am still attempting to get my money back and it’s been 2 months. She provided me with a discount code as if I should spend more money to buy a defected product. Not happening. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Do not get products from this company.

Great customer service, fast shipping

Customer service is so friendly and helpful. I loved my baby monitor so much that I got a second. They are easy to set up and use, and reach across my house. I also love that they are low EMF.

Best EMF blocking monitor! Love that it’s safe for my baby and my family. They also have quick to respond customer service which has been super helpful!

No EMF independent testing. Brought a two camera Motion unit and found camera quality really great. Company include a brochure to say they are “environmentally responsible” so dont include user guides, and provide them online, however there are none on their website, i had to email them. Camera also emits green & blue light which is not helpful in a darkened room. I covered it with tape. USA plugs provided. Only 2 Australian adaptors provided for 3 corded items.
NO REFUND on this product. There is no refund during sale periods, but they basically always keep the product on sale so you cannot get a refund.

We’ve been using Bebcare monitors for about 3 years now—first with our older child and now with our second—and overall it’s been an important part of our daily routine. We really value the non-WiFi setup and the simplicity of the system.

In general, our experience has been positive, though we have run into a few hardware issues over time, specifically with buttons wearing out or failing. Most recently, our parent unit developed a problem with the power switch after only a couple of months of use.

That said, the Bebcare support team has been responsive and is working with us to resolve the issue, which I appreciate—especially since we rely on this monitor every night.

Overall, we like the concept and features of the monitor and have continued to use it across both of our kids. I’m hopeful to see improvements in durability, as that would make a big difference in long-term reliability.

Great monitor! Love that it minimizes EMF exposure.

Very high quality.

Clear picture and sound, long range reception, and easy to use. We set this up before our baby came home and have never needed to move it given the range of visibility and ease of adjusting camera from parent unit.

This company is a scam.
I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this company.
1) First of all, I tested the EMF from this device compared to my other two video baby monitors, and they were all equivalent. This is NOT actually low EMF (I used an expensive Cornet EMF reader)

2) I returned it bc I was unhappy with the product. Their customer service team confirmed that I would receive a full refund and would not have to pay the restocking fee bc my monitor did not have low EMFs and marketing was false. AFTER confirmation that I would receive a full refund, I returned the product. It has been 2.5 months and I STILL have not received any refund. I have contacted the company several times and they told me the refund is pending. They keep pushing it off any saying it will be on the next credit card cycle. But it’s been another month and nothing. My communication switch them started in NOVEMBER and now it’s mid March.

At this point I realize the company is fraudulent

Amazing service. I was having trouble with my second camera and the team handled it really well and even helped me to replace it without the stress of not having a monitor. Really happy with my monitor as it’s low EMF and safest option for our kids!
