SCAM took my money and never received anything and not refunding my money even though they reply saying they will

I had a horrible experience with the Bebcare system. First of all, the monitor was nearly impossible to turn on, so unintuitive and user-unfriendly that I gave up and decided to return it. Unfortunately, I was just a week past their return window due to being on vacation. I kindly asked if they could make an exception, but they refused.

To make matters worse, there are no instructions included in the box. You’re expected to go hunt them down online, which is unacceptable for a product meant to offer peace of mind to parents. I already had another monitor and only bought this one for its low EMF feature, but that doesn’t matter if the product is so dysfunctional that you can’t even use it.

I emailed their support team, and instead of acknowledging my request for a return, they responded with something completely unrelated, ignoring my concerns entirely. I had to write back again just to get them to address the original issue. It felt dismissive and borderline manipulative.

Honestly, this feels like a scam. Between the poorly designed product, lack of instructions, and dismissive customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Bebcare to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else. RUN.

This is a SCAM company! Do not buy here. The product doesn’t work. The app does not work and there’s no support to help fix it. They have an INSANE return policy that basically ensures you will not be able to return it. If you use any promo code they won’t accept it. They also have a high percentage restocking fee.

We reported this to our credit card company and they have been sending us INSANE threatening emails. Saying they are giving our information and IP address to authorities if we don’t reverse the chargeback . LOL. This is a scam Chinese company.

We purchased this monitor after hearing from a friend with a geiger counter that compared with a typical wifi monitor, this device emits almost no radiation. Anything that goes near our babies sensitive skull needs to be incredibly low radiation, and we are grateful. We use this monitor more than any other product. I love the little handheld video I can bring with me around the house, and it props up nicely so I can set it down when working out or doing chores, and still watch. We have been able to take it next door to my in-laws house and eat dinner with them, and still get a signal. I've loved it and been incredibly grateful, as I am an anxious mama who appreciates being able to check in on my baby while she sleeps. I would recommend it, more than anything for the low radiation, and for its quality as well.

My monitor stopped working, they offered to send me a new one if I provided 5 star reviews on trust pilot and Amazon. I did, they never sent me a monitor. Over 30 emails. I am very pleased with the customer service provided to me by Amelia & the Bebcare team. The baby monitor that I ordered managed to be delayed, but I received quick responses and several assurances that they would update me with the status of my order and would make it right if need be. I have used the bebcare monitor and camera for three years now, and I love it. I also love knowing that it’s very low EMF, since I am health conscious Mom! I do refer them to all of my friends and family when I find out they are having a baby.

We LOVE our Bebcare monitor! I looked all over for a baby monitor that actually was low in EMF radiation and wasn't reliant on the WiFi, since we sleep with it off most nights. After watching countless test videos and looking at dozens of statistics, bebcare came out on top again and again! I love that I can see my daughter whenever I need to but can still have the peace of mind knowing she's not being exposed to extra radiation all the time. The feature where you can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone is also great, since we keep her sound machine on pretty loud. It's the best of every world.

I ordered a Bebcare monitor and never received it—even after waiting an entire month. Frustrated, I placed a second order, only for the company to send me two units. I've been trying to return the extra one for over a month now, and despite it being their error, I had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping.

Tracking clearly shows they received the item, yet they refuse to issue a refund or credit. The customer service is absolutely horrendous—there's no phone number, only email, and even then, responses are rare or completely non-existent.

As for the monitor itself? Subpar at best. Not worth the money or hassle. Honestly, the positive reviews have to be fake. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from this company.

Love this baby monitor, very convenient for travel as well, love the low EMFS as well!

I wrote over 22 emails to get a refund back it's been over 2 months and in half they still stay it's processing. Still haven't received my refund. Because they never shipped my item and kept my money. Still as in the end of May still haven't received my refund.

I sleep better knowing I am choosing a low EMF baby monitor for my babies!

I do not recommend buying from this kind of people. I worked as an affiliate for them and they scammed me of my comission and won’t answer my emails for 2 months

Much like many other people here, the baby monitor we purchased stopped charging with the cord they sent within 3 months of purchase. Instead of replacing the cord they tried to bribe us into giving them a 5 star review in order to get a 30% discount.. absolutely ridiculous. While also reminding me how gracious they were being. This company cares more about reviews than standing behind their products and ensuring they function properly. Absolutely obnoxious.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Customer service is horrible and the product stopped working within 3 months.

Customer service was so helpful in heling us replace our power adapter cord. I have used this monitor system with both of my kids and absolutely love it! It has held up for our daughter for 5 years, minus replacing the adapter once and for our son for two years and counting!

WARNING BEFORE YOU BUY

I purchased the Bebcare baby monitor and breathing mat directly from the Bebcare website to use for my baby. I liked that it was a low emissions product, but could still have the peace of mind of having a breathing monitor with it. I wish I would never have purchased the whole product, but especially the breathing mat. The reason is that the breathing mat is quite small. I knew this ahead of time; however, I found several places online where it showed that you can purchase an additional breathing mat as the baby grows. For the first 6 weeks, my son was sleeping in a bassinet, and the breathing mat worked mostly okay. There were a few nights where he wiggled off the mat (even swaddled and lying on his back) and it caused the sensor to go off falsely and wake us up. But, for the most part, it worked well while in the small bassinet space. You do have to put the baby directly on the mat for it to work, which is kind of hard considering the mat is placed under the mattress so you can't actually see where the mat is. Regardless, we figured out the exact space in the bassinet that worked for him.

At 6 weeks old, my son had outgrown his bassinet, so we moved him to a pack-and-play right next to our bed. The first problem here is that the pack-and-play does not have a hard surface under it like the bassinet did, so the mat wouldn't work at first. My husband found some old wood that we had and cut it to the exact size to place under the pack-and-play mattress, so that fixed that issue. We then placed the mat directly in the center of the pack-and-play, under the mattress like instructed. Due to the larger spacing of the pack-and-play, my son immediately wiggled off of the mat the first night. He has to be directly on it for it to work, so any type of squirming gave him enough room to move off it in the bigger space. I tried again for a few more nights and had to end up turning the breathing mat off, because it was waking us numerous times per night with false alarms. I then remembered that Bebcare advertised linking two mats together to get more space; thus, I went searching to buy another mat. In fact, the instruction manual for the Bebcare unit that I purchased SHOWED that you can link two mats together.

I went to the Bebcare website to buy another mat, but was curious how they would link together. There was no instructions in the manual for how to do this, so I messaged customer service on how to do this (prior to purchasing a new mat thankfully). The customer service representative, Rachel, was very short with me. She told me that "newer models" cannot link together two mats and to "place my baby directly on the mat for it to work." I explained how he kept wiggling off of it and very politely asked for a refund on the mat--since their company had false advertising for how it can be utilized. As soon as I asked for a refund politely, Rachel stopped responding. I emailed her two times to no avail. I also politely wrote to another customer service representative through the Bebcare Contact Us portal and got no response. It has been a few weeks now and no one has responded. Needless to say, I am frustrated and disappointed with this product. I had to switch back to the Nanit that I used with my first child, in order to get the breathing function that gave me so much peace.

With that being said, I do not recommend purchasing from Bebcare, particularly if you're wanting quality customer service and honest products. The monitor itself left much to be desired as well, with an incredibly short battery life and the inability to leave the screen on. While the picture quality is nice, as is the ability to not have to connect over wifi, the cons of this product heavily outweigh the pros. I will not be purchasing from Bebcare again and advise others to do the same.

Do not purchase this monitor!! Unfortunately it has a ton of issues (more details on that below). After going through the manual and following directions step by step (without success) I then reached out to support. After going back and forth and explaining in detail what was going on, they told me I had to send a video of what was happening.

Because the issue happens mostly when we travel (at random times but mostly when we unplug the camera for a period of time) I first had to wait until the issue occurred again to create a video. When it did occur again, I spent some time creating a video of the issue (while simultaneously trying to put my 7 month old down for a nap, because the issue always happens at nap time when we’re turning on the camera to use it) … only for support to tell me the video I sent wasn’t detailed enough and that I didn’t show us going through ALL the steps in the manual on the video. I honestly don’t have the time or mental capacity to edit a perfect video one handed while handling a 7 month old. This company preys on exhausted new mothers who don’t have the time or mental space to follow up on these issues and finally give up.

The issue itself was the camera would disconnect from the monitor every time we travel - we go through all of the pairing steps in the manual but it takes sometimes over 30 minutes to repair them. Other times it would drop signal just from taking the monitor more than 10 feet from the camera which literally defeats the purpose of having a monitor.

I understand sometimes there can be faulty products, but it was the lack of support and gaslighting that made me realize this company and product is a total scam. My issue was never resolved and I was never sent a working product. Do not waste your money.
