DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEBCARE. This company is a scam. The monitor stopped working after a few months. I asked for a replacement, they told me they would only send the replacement if I gave them a 5 star review on trust pilot and Amazon. I did both, then they stopped replying. I should have read more reviews prior to purchasing as there are similar experiences.

Very impressed with the product and service.
This is the 4th baby monitor I have purchased over the years and while we await the arrival of our little one I have tested it in the nursery countless times and the photo quality is truly amazing.
I also purchased the Bebcare breathing mat to pair with the camera. And after several issues trying to pair, contacted the company and went back and forth with them for a while on the issue, they requested a video and determined the mat pairing was faulty and agreed to send a full replacement free of charge! Which is absolutely amazing to me, to see a company stand behind its products as they are such highly rated.

Will definitely buy another camera to pair for other rooms of the house and our other child’s room!

I would highly recommend the Bebcare baby monitor. The product and customer service are great!

We love our Bebcare, my mom gifted it to us with our first baby. Just purchased a second monitor for our second baby. They have great customer service. I was having trouble pairing my second device (I'm not tech savvy and I had newborn postnatal brain) they helped me right away and it was actually way easier than I was making it.

I want to share my disappointing experience with Bebcare—both in terms of product functionality and customer service—to help other parents avoid the same issues.

Before purchasing the Bebcare baby monitor, I specifically contacted the company to confirm whether their system would work for monitoring two children in separate rooms. As a parent of two young children, I needed a baby monitor that could support two baby units connected to a single parent unit, allowing me to hear both children while also having the option to turn off one baby unit when not in use (e.g., if one child is playing in their room while the other is sleeping). Bebcare assured me that their system could accommodate this setup, so I relied on their assurance and made the purchase.

However, once I started using the monitor, I quickly realized it did not meet my needs at all. Bebcare’s system requires both baby units to remain ON at all times—if you turn one off, the parent unit constantly alerts that it is "out of range," even though the other baby unit is still active. Their only "solution" was to either keep both units on at all times or manually unpair and repair the devices multiple times a day whenever I needed to use just one. For a busy parent with sleeping children, this is completely impractical. I needed a system that allowed me to monitor one or both rooms seamlessly, without the hassle of repeated setup or the risk of waking up my children.

For parents considering this monitor: if you need a system for two children, this is NOT the product for you. Bebcare misled me before purchase, provided no real support when I encountered issues, and failed to take responsibility for selling a product that does not function as expected. I deeply regret this purchase and strongly advise parents looking for flexibility, reliability, and good customer service to look elsewhere.

Love this camera! It’s hard to find a baby monitor that offers low EMFs in this one is great. The picture is great on the screen! Works throughout my entire house

My baby monitor antenna has broken twice now. The first time I purchased a new one as I wasn’t within the warranty period even though I swear I had sent them a message through the website. The second monitor broke in exactly the same spot. I emailed them and got a response that said it was my fault. I have emailed them several times now with pictures of the 2 monitors showing they are broken in exactly the same spot and I need another one asap as I have a baby. They have stopped responding to all my emails. The first time I emailed them I never heard back I had to email them a second time saying I would leave a bad review and all of a sudden they emailed back. This company is a fraud and the monitors are so expensive. I highly recommend you don’t purchase from here, it’s stressful enough being a mum and this has just added to my stress. They need to address the issue on the monitor asap.

This is the best baby monitor on the market for low EMF exposure. I've purchased one for both my children. Even though one of the parent monitors had screen issues, the customer service was responsive and has offered to send a replacement. Really appreciate that customer support!

I regret purchasing from Bebcare. First, my order took forever to arrive. Bebcare claimed they shipped it, but USPS never even received the package. After a long wait, they finally sent a replacement. Now that I have the monitor, I wish I never bought it.

The product is completely useless—it constantly fails to connect, gives me “password failing” errors, and takes two full minutes just to load the video screen. By the time it connects (if it ever does), my baby is crying for minutes without me seeing.

On top of all that, Bebcare has deceptive return policies. They claim to offer returns, but in reality, nearly every purchase is final sale because they always have some sort of “special discount” running. This was not made clear at checkout, and they refused to take the product back.

Save yourself the frustration—go with a more reputable brand. Bebcare’s shipping, product quality, and customer service are beyond disappointing.

They wouldn’t grant me the discount until I wrote them a review which I did right here. When I asked for the discount they said I had to write a 2nd review on Amazon (which I didn’t even purchase from).
After reading other reviews I agree it is a scam they don’t offer warranty. This was my 2nd time replacing an item that I had to purchase no warranty covered- yes they offer discounts if you write reviews but their items are pricey. First our antenna on parent unit broke then the power cord for the camera. As a busy mom I don’t have time to be sitting here writing multiple reviews like they asked but if I can help other customers avoid this company I would.
I’m curious now if this monitor is truly lowest EMF. I may buy a test kit and see. Not to sound like a Karen but companies scam on marketing all the time such as beauty products being organic when they really are not.
If this company is in the business of consumer products, at premium prices, they must have premium customer service. Which they most definitely do not

This is a horrible, scam company. They sent me a product that doesn't work and when I reached out to them, they told me that since I used a coupon to purchase the product, I couldn't return it.... even though it didn't work! They always have a coupon code on their website so that no one can return defective items. Beware!

Update: They since have sent me an e-mail threatening to try to ruin my credit score and saying they will inform the police about me because I filed a complaint against them with my credit card. This is truly one of the worst companies I have ever interacted with. To make it right, all they needed to do was send me a product that worked or refund me. I would be happy to return the item, but as I said earlier, they don't ever accept returns on items purchased with a coupon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
This was a splurge/luxury item on my baby registry because I love the idea of being Low EMF and there is nothing else like the product on the market. My mom spent $450 on a camera system that only lasted 4 months. The button on the parent unit stopped working which made it impossible to change any settings, including flipping between the multiple cameras we had set up. The parent unit was completely undamaged, which I had to demonstrate to customer service (multiple times) after they accused me of having damaged it with water. The damage was to the internal system so Bebcare would not honor the warranty. 
In addition to apparently being a huge waste of money, the customer service experience took over 3 weeks. I had to follow up for responses multiple times, only to be given a coupon code to buy a replacement and spend more money on a product that will work for who knows how long.

As I’m sure you can imagine, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I already purchased a new baby monitor system from a competitor.

I needed help to replace a charging cord and the customer service rep contacted me in less than an hour and provided me the info I needed.

Great camera and app plus really like the parent unit to eliminate the need of always using my phone for the monitor. Our priority is a safe environment for our newborn - very grateful for camera that is not only great quality and function but low EMF.

Their customer service is great too - we had a shipping issue with our initial order and their rep (Juliana) was very responsive and helpful in getting it sorted. It’s great knowing they not only product a great product but are easy to work with and eager to help. Thank you Bebcare!

Love this monitor. Great day and night quality. Lowest EMF and has a motion sensor that works well! Highly recommend.

I love the fact that I can watch my baby on the monitor and she's not getting exposed to high EMF's. I truly believe this is the safest monitor on the market. I will be a returning customer for sure! Also, customer service is excellent.

I have had the bebcare camera for over a year now and have been really happy with it. It has all the features we require in a monitor, the screen is great and battery life has been really good and hasn’t deteriorated.
Obviously the priority for us has been low EMF- especially for any devices we have needed to utilise in our kids rooms. Which this ticks that box with flying colours.

I purchased the video monitor package. The "parent unit" had an electronic issue that appeared early on. Bebcare ended up sending a replacement unit, and updated their warranty based on my feedback to encompass the kind of issue I experienced. I was very pleased with this level of support!
