A special shout out to the two 'wee boys' who delivered, took away old mattress and put new one on bed for me. All with a friendly smile and no hassle, courteous attitude. Thanks very much for delivering and assembling the bunk beds. The communication was excellent because I received a phone call advising about the ETA in two days time, received a text message last night confirming the time of arrival which was honored. One here, the lads asked where I wanted the bed located, positioned, position of the ladder etc., Really smooth service from start to finish hence, I highly recommend Beds.ie.

Beds.ie resolved all my issues with the bed. I really appreciate the effort they went to to put everything right, above & beyond!

Would not honour their own return policy. Product quality not up to standard. Contacted same day. Willing to pay uplifting fee of euro 150 to return. Over 800 euro wasted and unwilling to resolve issue in a satisfactory way. Customer service quite rude and unwilling to facilitate in any meaningful way. Avoid

Ordered an ottoman bed with the build service. The delivery was a little late (due to a motorway accident, nothing they could do) but I was kept updated on the arrival time and I was very happy with the communication. The delivery/build guys were very pleasant and professional. They completed the build in a very reasonable time and cleaned up afterwards and took all the packaging away. I will definitely be using this company again.

Bought a bedframe couple of years ago. Very good quality. Nice and sturdy

Ordered a headboard from them, and the delivery was delayed due to the manufacturing company issues. I was kept updated regularly, and given loads of opportunities to get a refund. I also bought a single mattress from them in 2019, and a double bed in 2021. Great prompt delivery on both occasions, and would definitely use them again.

Great quality bed for the price. Guest single with pull out single underneath. Came with all relevant equipment etc and delivered as per arrangements.

I bought three mattresses from beds.ie, delivery was fast, mattresses as described by the seller, after a few months of use they turned out to be very comfortable. I highly recommend the seller and the goods he offers.

Great customer service, one of the boards from a triple bunk cracked, reported it, and had it replaced without any hassle.

We are very happy with our order of a single bed with base 2 drawers mattress and headboard. It arrived safe and well and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly so was the customer services.

I'm giving it one star as quick delivery was the only positive thing to say. A few days after my husband put it together he kneeled on the bottom bunk to help my daughter and it collapsed. The panel on that side wasn't one solid piece. It was two pieces glued together! This is insane. He has since reinforced it but I'm still nervous of it. I guess I should have known that beds were cheap for a reason.

Great company to deal with swift delivery I purchased the no bolts bunk beds and they are the best beds we've ever got so sturdy and very easy to assemble would definitely order again
