I bought a waterproof phone case and love it! It arrived quickly, was easy to install and works great at keeping my phone dry while I have it attached to my canoe monitoring my paddling cadence and heart rate. Love it enough that I just bought another as a gift :-)

you do not deliver on time

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I came across Beeasy looking for a rugged phone case for my iPhone. I ordered the case (iPhone 14) and it arrived. *Note, the cases comes directly from China, so make sure you allow about 2 weeks for delivery...give or take a couple days.
I installed the case and was very pleased. It's well constructed, has a nice screen protector and although I have not tested it, claims to be waterproof as well.
Here's my issue. As part of the case, there is a "button" that you use to turn your phone's ringer on and off. This button is plastic and has a small "catch" on the inside of it to grip the switch that turns the phone to silent. This broke shortly after I purchased the case without any drops, abuse, overuse, etc.
I reached out to Beeasy (who is pretty slow to respond to customer inquiries) and they told me that this piece was only an accessory to my case and they would not be replacing it. They said I could purchase their accessory pack which comes with additional screws and some other things.
To be clear, you CANNOT access the mute on/off switch on your phone without this button. You have to take the case completely apart and remove the silicone protector inside the metal housing in order to access it.
This button is also easily replaced on your own. I asked Beeasy to just send me a few of them since this part was likely to fail again in the future and they refused.
Bottom line, the case is nice, but this part is very likely going to fail sooner or later. You can't just buy this part and you can't have full functionality of your phone without it.
Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more Beeasy products.
