Ordered two items to try and didn't…
Ordered two items to try and didn't care for, so wanted to return. Returns were virtually impossible, got a lot of runaround trying to return, and was stuck with a lousy $20 credit and lost most of my money. Will never order again.

The cell phone case that I purchased…
The cell phone case that I purchased was for my sister's birthday. I didn't realize that this was shipped out of China. She got her case a day before her birthday. Whew! She loves it!

Item charged but never received.
I ordered an underwater case for my iPhone. I screenshot the receipt with the confirmation number. I never received any other information.
When the item was not delivered, I emailed them and they claimed that the confirmation number was from Amazon and they couldn’t track it (even though I ordered directly from their website). When I cancelled the order they claimed it was already delivered.
I disputed the charge with my bank and they reversed it. While I cannot comment on their product, their customer support has scam written in all caps.

Website Lacks Detail & Return Form Frustrating

understand my question. I placed order anyway. I
interpreted a later response from Beeasy that band was not removable/replaceable. I left phone msg to cancel order. Also, attempted Return Form, but was VERY complex and frustrating - I Gave Up. I received the watch VERY quickly and was pleased to find that the band was removable. BUT alarm was too soft to be usable. Numbers are big and easy to read, so will keep the watch, anyway.

Heavy Duty Waterproof Case
Excellent quality phone case. I work in construction which requires a durable phone case. This works with a tempered glass screen protector. Which, with other similar phone case brands I could not tighten the screws down and use my touch screen, not good. beeasy makes a great phone case. This will be my second phone case in about 4 years.. I highly recommend this specific brand. I’m happy with it.
