Beercocks Estate Agents Reviews

An unprofessional and rude estate agents who don’t deserve to be in business.

I have dealt with a few ladies from Beercocks Estate Agents. Including Belinda at the Ferriby branch and Elaine at the Willerby branch. They are both very friendly, polite and extremely professional ladies. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it’s a small detail or a more in depth detail. Although I haven’t finished dealing with Beercocks, I feel that I will have no problems at all that the ladies cannot help me with.

I have recently sold my parents’ property through the Newland branch of Beercocks. Eden kept me fully informed with all updates and developments with the sale. She always responded promptly to my enquiries and had a very professional, friendly manner. The sale took some time, although this was because of issues further down the chain, but I felt confident that Eden would do her best to solve any problems that arose. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend Beercocks and Eden in particular.

My current experience with beercocks has been a very smooth process. Ebony has been great help, with clear instructions and information and always goes above and beyond when I ask her questions.

Thank you for helping me along my first sale journey ebony! You have been a great help!

Friendly, knowledgeable and pro-active staff who give good advice. Very happy with the service. Katie Puckering kept us informed of interest in our house and advised and fed back accordingly.

We approached Beercocks to sell our home after seeing the high ratings they had in our area. We were impressed by all the staff in the Barton office - everyone was able to talk to us about our viewings and our house, and we had a great experience with them.
I want to particularly mention that Beercocks use a “Sales Progression Specialist”, something we had never heard of. The lady looking after us was Sue Kastelik, and she was amazing. Once we had received an offer on the house, Sue liaised with the solicitors on both sides, along with ourselves and our buyer, and also the sellers of our new home. She often gave us the heads up before any of the solicitors had been in touch. At times I feel that without her help we would not have known how to get information too and from all the relevant people and might have taken far longer to complete the sale.
Thank you all - especially Sue

From accepting an offer through to completion Sue Kastelik has been absolutely outstanding. Her experience, understanding and all round helpful style has guided us through this complicated and potentially stressful time. Always available for us, and truly supporting in everyway possible. Thanks again Sue...

A really professional and friendly, helpful team - answered all my questions and did a great job of marketing the property and arranging viewings. I accepted an offer above asking price within 1 week of being on the market which I was very happy with. Thanks to the Newland team and Jemma in particular!

All the agents were very helpful and easy to talk to. The process was smooth and all necessary steps were explained by their team which helped us make decisions.

Katie has really supported us from beginning to end with the sale of our property
Would highly recommend

Elaine has gone above & beyond to make sure I had as little hassle as possible. From start to finish she really has been fantastic, thankyou. The hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed.

Beercocks Hedon in general, and our sales progressor Victoria Windass in particular, have been far more than amazing.
They have been on a long 18 month journey with me on two failed and one successful attempts to move house.
It is only fitting that after so long with what seemed like little hope, I am sat here completing this survey whilst just about to set off and collect the keys to the new place.
I have been so very fortunate to have Victoria on the team as she has been so professional, astute, responsive and supporting during this whole process. When things didn’t go to plan she was there to encourage, cajole and offer hope.
The end is in sight and the light at the end of the tunnel is Victoria with a torch showing me the last few steps to my destination.
I can’t speak more highly of the whole team - THANK YOU BEERCOCKS OF HEDON!!

Having not used an estate agent for sometime we were absolutely surprised by how professional BEERCOCKS are. Can we also say a big thank you to the team especially Eve who took the stress out of the process.

Emily and her team have gone out of their way to answer any questions we’ve had around the whole sale process from initial valuation, to viewings and now sale. They’ve ensured we’ve achieved the full asking price, in a matter of a couple of weeks, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else thinking of selling their home.

Katie was super helpful throughout the process and appreciated that I was a busy person and found ways to communicate with me throughout. I highly recommend herself and Beercocks as your seller. Thank you!

We have had a fabulous experience getting to the SSTC part of the homebuying process. All members of staff have been excellent, but in particular, Katie who guided us through step by step.
