Because your order was placed over the weekend on Saturday night, October 10, our team processed it first thing Monday morning, October 12, and UPS had the package in transit by Tuesday, October 13. It was delivered on Monday, October 19—arriving right on schedule within the original estimated delivery window of October 13–19.

When I alerted customer service, they shipped again and I received it soon after. While I didn't want anything for free, they insisted on crediting me back the full purchase price. Oh, and customer service was a real person, not AI.

Your original order (#S1223-22466) was processed and fulfilled promptly on Monday, October 12, but the carrier unfortunately misplaced the package in transit, which stalled tracking updates. Because of the delay in getting back to you, we have issued a full refund of $18.94 back to your original payment method.
Additionally, we created a brand-new replacement order (#S1223-22960) completely free of charge, which has been fulfilled and is currently in transit to you via ground shipping.
