BUYERS BEWARE!! PAST AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!! Bees Lighting had a systems breach causing there order to not deliver to me, in addition, they refuse to alert there customers of the breach. The breach resulted in my package never getting delivered, and my identity getting stolen and attempted to steal my paychecks from my employer. This is all documented, and bees lighting themselves have admitted to the breach and even admitted that while UPS reimbursed them of the losses, they aren't reimbursing me. I believe due to the shipment being under-insured evident in the documents they sent to me showing shipping insurance value below the value of the shipment.

Verified Fraud Event: This order was officially flagged and pulled from delivery by the carrier under a "UPS FRAUD RISK INTERCEPT" due to a third-party clone of our shipping label.
Carrier Ruling: UPS Global Security fully investigated this matter and officially approved our insurance claim (Ref: C-0357571628), formally documenting this shipment as a targeted third-party fraud event.
BBB Case Closed: This exact dispute was thoroughly reviewed by the Better Business Bureau (Case ID: 24771300), and the case was closed in our favor after reviewing the carrier's official fraud documentation.
Fulfillment Record: Our system data completely refutes any claims of logistical negligence. In fact, a separate order placed by this account (#S1223-17022) was successfully delivered via USPS to the verified address, proving our internal fulfillment is secure and operational.
There has been no systems or data breach at Bees Lighting. Because this transaction is a carrier-confirmed fraud attempt, no refund will be issued to this account. We have escalated this review to Trustpilot Compliance for immediate removal.

Placed an order based on the advertisement that shipping would be 3 to 5 days
Bees pushed the date back two different times, then informed me that a third date would be determined but never got back to me
They did bill my credit card for $3,600 . I contacted them and was told that the light fixtures would not ship for another 3 months
A told them my customer couldn’t wait that long and I would have to cancel the order
