I bought my partner 2 womens perfumes and my self 3 after shaves all 5 a poor quality and dont the smell doesn't last long at all. I complained about the woman one whilst mine was still in transit they said as its a beauty product they cant accept returns due to it been opened which I kind of get. However the mens ones have not been opened so I tried to return them and they said no on several different email correspondence they have lied to me about my consumer rights . I am reporting them to trading standards as I have 14 day cool off period as it was an online purchase . Poor product poor customer service there doing there best to push it quick and hard then will probably disappear which to be honest is for the best

Edit dont ask ne to reach out to you just for trust pilot purposes ive been in constant contact with you throughout hence the poor customer service comment . You are not willing to assist at all and I have the easiest to prove it which trading standards have asked me to forward for review

I purchased two bottles one spray stopped working hardly used and they said cant return as I didn't return when I got it but it wasn't faulty then never use them again

I saw the add on facebook a about a mounth ago and got the goat man and ceo man then orderd the ceo man intece all smell amazing and people top me and say what aftershave do you have on i tel them and they now have prchesd from you thanks for the fab smell of the produced well be getting more

Terrible company I would avoid buying from them. They sent me a faulty bottle of perfume so I returned as agreed in all the orginal packaging and they refused to accept it at their end and it was returned to me. I do not drive so I had to arrange transport to the next village to return this which was a nuisance as the bottle was faulty and would not spray the perfume. This was no fault of mine. Obviously its very sneaky of this company to refuse delivery at their end knowing it was a return for a refund. Obviously they did not want to refund me. I then had the hassle of asking a 3rd party to help me get a refund this took 45mins of painstaking live chat!!! I would not recommend this company nor will I ever purchase anything from them again. They do not deserve our hard earned cash as they certainly do not value their customers

I will give this company one star if I could. unfortunately there’s no way to do so this company ignores you. They sent me perfume that had been used in a box and it didn’t have the original plastic wrapping on it as they stated I sent a video showing that the box was used half of the perfume was gone out from out of three of the four bottles, I sent this video within less than an hour after it was delivered to my address. I ordered a joint duo, said hers and unisex and they sent me the one that had been used in a separate package versus the one that had not been used in another box and these package is supposed to be a ride together because it was purchased as a set! They are complete scammers. I sent three emails and they did not reply, these people are liars & the influences who saying this perfume smells so good that’s not true as well! These people send them great packages following up excellent but they as hard-working paying customers crap! They completely scammed me by sending me perfume that opened, used and a dirty box! There are too many other companies who really sell quality perfume at a reasonable price it’s not worth it. I don’t care how much money did they tell you you’ll save don’t purchase from this company because they are rip off. The Customer Service email will never respond to you.

If I could give them 0 stars, it’s a fraud company. They send you what they want to and when it’s not what you ordered they will tell you that you have 24 hours to let them know it’s the wrong order and they can no longer assist you. So they gamble with you getting in touch with them within 24 hours which is impossible to do. So you stuck with crappy crap for you to try and get rid of. Warning: there not in the States and none of those phone numbers work, red flag in the beginning. It’s not a gamble you will lose dealing with them, it’s a Fraud business. They have responded with a computer generated response. They have not been trying or even tried to rectify the problem. I would not do business with this place, you will be scammed! I have spoken with several people about this issue and I just gave the crap they sent me to my girlfriend. The order was plain and clear.

Absolutely love these perfumes. The amount of compliments I get is astonishing. I pay a fortune for well known perfumes and I never get asked what I'm wearing. Been using these perfumes now for a couple of months and always being told I smell lovely. Don't believe me, try for yourself.

I’d seen theses frangrances advertised online and thought I’ll give the gift sets a go. I ordered two of the gift sets and they arrived so quickly. My purchase was well packaged and the gift sets came in a lovely presentation box. Every bottle contained a gorgeous scent, the only one I wouldn’t wear is the blue cologne. All the rest are perfect. Well worth the money to try each one and decide to buy a larger bottle, or just buy the smaller bottles.

I have the Honey Oud and my hubby has got GOAT . They’re beautiful very long lasting . Would recommend.

Appalling customer service. I placed an order. The courier they used "delivered" the product by leaving the package on the ground outside a block of approx 20 flats. Therefore, I never received it. However, Bellavita don't appear concerned by their failure to provide a worthy courier and refuse a replacement. Totally abysmal. Buyers beware.

Ordered the scents and they smell so cheap and last 10 seconds. I’ll use one CEO as a gym bag one as it’s marginally better than stinking of sweat.

If I could give a NEGATIVE Star, I would. This company isn’t even worth ONE Star. I ordered and paid for two bottles of perfume. The company only sent one bottle. When I contacted them, they told me there is nothing they can do since the package was already opened. How is that acceptable? Also, how would I have known there was only one bottle if the package wasn’t opened? Absolutely outrageous policy. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will rip you off. They will take you money NO PROBLEM but will NOT send you the items you ordered and then they WILL NOT resolve their error either!!!! I would never order from this company again and highly suggest you find your perfume elsewhere. This is a horrible company.

Placed an order direct with BellaVita over a week ago received an email to say the items had been delivered. Nothing had been received at my delivery address provided, customer service refused to help in anyway. Personal experience I would advise not to order from this company once they have got your money the customer service is shocking.

Nicely packaged, nice bottles decent Smelling aftershave. But I can’t really smell it after about 10 minutes. :(
