If I could give a NEGATIVE Star
If I could give a NEGATIVE Star, I would. This company isn’t even worth ONE Star. I ordered and paid for two bottles of perfume. The company only sent one bottle. When I contacted them, they told me there is nothing they can do since the package was already opened. How is that acceptable? Also, how would I have known there was only one bottle if the package wasn’t opened? Absolutely outrageous policy. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will rip you off. They will take you money NO PROBLEM but will NOT send you the items you ordered and then they WILL NOT resolve their error either!!!! I would never order from this company again and highly suggest you find your perfume elsewhere. This is a horrible company.

Do not order from BellaVita…
Placed an order direct with BellaVita over a week ago received an email to say the items had been delivered. Nothing had been received at my delivery address provided, customer service refused to help in anyway. Personal experience I would advise not to order from this company once they have got your money the customer service is shocking.

What an absolute joke!
The perfumes are really nice I bought a woman’s gift set and a man’s set and I would have been a returning customer if not for their terrible customer service. Unfortunately now I will not return and will not recommend. This was all over one of the women’s 20ml perfumes being an empty bottle. I sent pictures of each perfume weighed showing in fact the glam was empty and the reply was we need a video of you in opening to investigate what a joke. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Cheats, thieves and scammers
I ordered and paid for two Honey Oud perfumes, but only one sent. I sent inquiries to their Customer service emails, which were never replied to. Cheats, thieves and scammers. I would NEVER buy from these again.

Absolutely disgusting fragrance, I have had to chuck them away, total scam. Several of us tried it but it was so nasty and to top it all it looks a big bottle but has a small bottle inside so you don’t get much Yuk 🤢🤮🤑

SCAM! beware I ordered 4 100ml.bottles…
SCAM be aware I ordered 4 100ml.bottles of perfume only 2 out of 4 arrived. Got in touch with company straight away who advised doing a open parcel video is compulsory otherwise not investigation will take place. Naturally you don't expect there to be something wrong with your order so why would I film it. Don't buy from them because if you have an issue it will not be resolved.
