The service was excellent and hands-on from start to finish over a difficult few months in getting our sale and purchase "over the line". Our old house was quite difficult to sell in view of the narrow market for that type of property and they did well to find a suitable buyer. As for our new house, Bernards went above and beyond in convincing the buyer to accept our final offer. When our buyer's buyers started to drag their heels Bernards went up and down the chain and moved heaven and earth to get everyone to exchange contracts, and finally agree a coordinated completion date against extremely difficult odds.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Toby and David from the Fareham branch of Bernard’s.
When I entered the sales office I was met with a friendly and welcoming greeting. This immediately gave me confidence for my forthcoming transaction.
From there on their professionalism was outstanding.
Within a couple of day’s photos and measurements had all been taken, a board erected outside my property, as well as my property being advertised online, with an excellent description of my house.
Within a week my property was sold. After that the communication was first class, with regular updates as to how the sale was progressing.
Bernard’s gave me a stress free transaction and for this I would like to thank Toby and David again, as well as the rest of the staff at the Fareham sales office.

When it was time to go view the house I was interested in, she was early and very knowledgeable about the property which was very helpful!
