Cai originally showed me the property back in February but unfortunately I was outbidded. However when the property came back on the market recently I called and texted Cai straight away to ask if I could view, even though Cai was on annual leave she did everything to facilitate myself getting a viewing in the property as quickly as possible, and has been so helpful throughout the process of submitting and having my offer accepted. I’m a first time buyer and this process is so scary and daunting but Cai has made this super easy for me and I am so grateful to have Bernard’s as my estate agents! Thank you again Cai for all your support during this process and like we both said, this property must have been fate!

Since our first meeting with Jessica ( Jess) in March 2025 we have found her service excellent. She has been prepared to go ‘the extra mile’ and has successfully produced a tenant for us very promply.

They were nothing but great from start to finish, buying a house can be so stressful but the quick email replies / phone reassured us throughout. After a failed attempt with our first mortgage advisor they were straight on the ball securing us our mortgage so we didn’t lose the house. Bernards have managed my rental portfolio for many years now. Occupancy has been near 100%, rents are reviewed regularly and tenant management has been great. Over the last couple of years I have noticed a real focus towards improved communications and also proactive landlord advice and support. Highly recommended. As and when I have decided to sell my properties, Bernards achieved speedy sales at great prices.

Have just gone through the mortgage process with Vicky and she made everything I needed to do clear and concise . It seemed really daunting and stressful at first but with her help it went really smoothly and we had some laughs along the way. I would 100% recommend her .

Wow, what can I say. Absolutely amazing treatment and advice I have had. Not once was I belittled by my low income mortgage. Which after some other estate agents I was snobbed at, but nhs caring isn’t lots of money and sometimes life makes u struggle financially, but not once was Bernard’s rude or put me down. Cai, Lacie and the team at Bernard’s managed to sell our house after the 4th time of us listing- trying other estate agents unsuccessfully first (in fact Bernard’s sold ours twice but one sale fell through). No other estate agents got us even close to a sale before and didn’t seem as invested in getting us a sale as they did. Their photos and marketing strategies were better and we had regular viewings with valuable feedback gained from them.

Bernards have always found us tenants and we have always received our rents on time. Being with their guaranteed rent scheme gives confidence and no worries!!

Bernards wasm the third firm of letting agents I contacted for help with renting out my Mum's house. I wish I had contacted Gemma first - she was absolutely brilliant (as was her photographer/videographer colleague!) and did an amazing job of marketing the property, such that it was rented within two months of our initial contact. The whole team have been really helpful from the outset and should we ever decide to sell the property, Bernards will definitely get the listing.

Happy with how Lucky and the team helped us out when we ran into an issue, everybody makes mistakes and she really helped us out.
