The person in charge of the Warrington Recruitment is very rude! I was explaining myself but she kept responding in a demeaning manner.
That was very unprofessional of her.
When I decided to end the call, she couldn’t care less.
Because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean take it out on people! After all, we’re all humans, it’s unfair.

Issue 1: I actually was notified that I had received a job or interview or something and had to log in to Berry recruitment to view it, but I couldn't log in and all the options they gave on the phone to recover password, change login etc didn't work. So the system has a fault.
Issue 2: I called the Oxford branch again to figure this out again, and the receptionist asked for a screenshot video which I sent to him. He never viewed it, so I called and asked him to view it, but he never did... The admin department never fixed it, and he never even viewed my screen capture even though he said he'd sent it to the admin or tech department. Receptionist was friendly and chill but just lied to me. I never heard back, its been two months. I'm young and familiar with technology/logins/etc so it wasn't my user error.

So this company, they actually failed at their ONE JOB to get me a job, because when I ACTUALLY GOT A JOB through them, I COULDN'T VIEW IT, AND THEY JUST FOROT ABOUT ME. So I 'lost' that job. Literally failed at their one job. Waste of time try somewhere else.

This is a review about my experience with berry it has been good the lady I have been in contact with summer has been really helpful with my shifts and helping me actually get the job so thank you.

I have been with Berry for a few months now and Summer has been exceptional. Any issues I've had have been delt with fast and efficiently. Summer has also been a great middle man/women between myself and the company Berry has put me with.

On my experience I highly recommend Berry!!!

Summer has been a fantastic agent in times I was really desperate for work...she went beyond her means to get me signed up with currys....I am now on a permanent contract with them thanks to her....brilliant summer...thankyou so much 😁

I Registered with berry and found it quite easy and quick, there was a bit of a mix up with the video call at interview as I booked a slot twice and received no call, but as soon as I phoned the office up I got the video interview within minutes, I have to do some online training before I am able to start work.
So far so good and Thankyou to Tiegan for being patient during registration.

This is just mind blowing. I wrote an honest review last week about my experience with the Warrington branch ( that I was in poor health since July and how the lady showed ZERO empathy, talked down on me and told me she had better things to do). I said I was going to write to HR but did not. I applied for a shift just now and like many times, I was rejected but what happened next blew my mind. After the rejection email, I got a call from the branch and this time I got the name of the lady who spoke to me, Collette Ellis. She said I do not expect to write that review and get accepted for any future applications with Berry, totally disregarding the reason for the review. She’s the manager and lacks empathy, communication skills and speaks spitefully. Maybe it’s a power trip situation, I don’t know. Highly disappointed in the internal process of these things..no investigations..no accountability. Now mental health is messed up because I am trying make an honest income. I will proceed to sign out and delete the app. If the company cares about people in general and their future or ratings, they’ll look at all the reviews people have made because why would someone write a horrible review about a job they want if there’s no iota of truth. SMH. Don’t worry Collette, I’m not applying anymore. Change your attitude because you never know who will help you in the future. And Berry: record your calls if you don’t!

I just rang to register and was unpleasantly surprised with the female consultant's attitude. Rude tone of voice, questioned me if I received previous messages prompting registration (yes, 4 days ago) and then why wasn't I responding earlier. Like, honestly, I did not know I had to explain myself of why I was busy, or it wasn't priority. I was scolded I laughed a little in my first sentence response, as she could not understand me. Dear me. I kindly said I am not sure I want to register anymore, to which I only heard raised voice and surprise. Well, I said good bye. No point. Highly NOT recommending. First impressions do count.

Charlie was amazing from the first time we met .Professional but very easy to talk to if needed.My husband signed up with her and got job at serco .....12weeks later he has been given fulltime contract with the company. Thank you once again Charlie Parker for giving him a chance ....not easy when you're from another country

Horrible and rude staff. They asked me to change the order of my name with the Home Office which I cannot do because of my background. The person who did it spoke in a disgusting way. I would not recommend this Warrington office to anyone. They are not even aware of the basic laws.

This company and the staff in recruitment are very very rude when I only rang to sign up she was questioning my private life!

very disappointed the lady who was scarstic and rude, I had to end the call because she doesn't know how to speak to people, I rang up about a job and had to put the phone down due to the lady having a very bad day and talking it out on me, answering calls on reception means you need to be professional and you have to respect the way you speak to people which this wasn't the case. What happened to speak to people professional instead of being rude and arguing but not help at all. As a female women speaking to another female there was no respect just attitude bad attitude

I had a good experience with Berry Recruitment. The consultant I worked with was friendly and followed up regularly to check how I was doing, which showed genuine care. I'd highly recommend Berry Recruitment to anyone looking for short or long-term work.

Berry Recruitment landed me a good contract job earlier this year. I am most grateful to Ellie Green for walking me through the process of creating of an account on the app. I get paid weekly too. Haven't experienced any issues whatsoever. She responds quickly and also inform me about job availability.

Wow honestly tried to register and the attitude I got was shocking really stuck up from some rude woman, honestly not worth it guys don't waste your time

I left a review on company website, then rang to discuss there response, the manager Collette ellis is so rude, it's unreal, I complained about her to no avail, this was a few weeks ago, I am still disgusted by her attitude, she should not be in such a position, rather than trying to resolve the issue they argue with you, at the end of our call I swore as I couldn't believe her attitude, it doesn't matter if my complaint was 12 months ago. I can can complain when I see fit! Abhorrent company with a Abhorrent manager, stay clear peeps!!!!!!

All the Negative reviews here are true, don’t waste your time with them, you need to fight for your money before you get paid.

The agency has few clients because of their unprofessional behaviour & if they see you are smart, they stop giving you shift and start targeting another novice
