We met Alan two years ago on a previous task, he was friendly, he did great jobs in my house and my parents’ and so we got in touch with him again to fit blinds after we changed the balcony doors. We didn’t think we needed Duette at the start but given the price was really reasonable we went for it. It was a great decision - Alan fitted the blinds this week, when I pulled the blinds up in the morning I could feel the chill coming through as the bare panels were exposed. The Duette is doing its job on day one! Needless to say, Alan’s professionalism remains second to none. He’s always happy to help answering questions and he never pushes any ‘hard sell’. Very respectful to the customer through and through. Have no problem recommending him to anyone! Thanks Alan for another great job!

Alan fitted shutters in our reception room and they are absolutely beautiful. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Another company told me it was not possible to install full height shutters because of the positioning of a lintel but Alan was able to resolve this and the outcome is perfect. I would highly recommend.

After fitting my amazing shutters a few months back, I called Alan back to supply & fit a blackout roof blind for my skylight kitchen window. I can now stand & cook in my kitchen & not melt, as its a sun trap. It keeps the sun & heat out. Amazing! Only problem now is, I have no excuse not to cook! Again he has done an amazing & professional job! Would highly recommend.

Alan was very polite and professional at all times. He has done an amazing job at installing my shutters in 3 rooms. He is very particular in getting everything right and looking good. He even cleaned up after himself and was very considerate of my 2 cats. He kept me informed at all times about the shutters arriving and he would always look into things for me. Excellent job done.

Alan made a superb job of installing Venetian and Blackout Blinds in both bedrooms previously and he has now returned and completed the installation of the shutters on our French Doors. It has totally transformed the lounge and by using the split tilt mechanism we can maximise light and privacy. The work was carried out with meticulous care and attention. I just had my shutters installed today from Bespoke Window Furnishings, and I couldn't be happier! Chris, who came to do the installation, was such a nice person. He took the time to do the job properly and made sure to explain how to open and close the shutters thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The shutters themselves look fantastic in a crisp white color! I love how easy they are to use; I can open and close them effortlessly. One of my favorite features is that I can adjust them in different ways – whether I want to close them halfway or fully. It gives me so much versatility based on the light I want in my room!
Overall, the job was done beautifully, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new shutters. If you're considering window treatments, I highly recommend checking them out!
