Alan provided a fantastic service. Came on the same day that I day asked for a quote. He was polite, clear and concise. Blinds were fitted even earlier than he promised. Would highly recommend his services.

One of my blinds was damaged. Alan from Bespoke came quickly and repaired it perfectly. At the time the water from the shower didn't drain away. "I'll help you" said Alan and sorted that out too, without even charging. He's a great guy who enjoys working hard and pleasing his customers.

The installer was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the work. The installer took the time to walk us through our options, offered helpful design suggestions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

The installation itself was smooth and efficient—worked neatly and respectfully in our home, and the shutters look absolutely beautiful. You can tell the installer care about quality and customer satisfaction. We’ve already noticed a difference in both privacy and energy efficiency.

I can’t rate Alan and his company enough, front start to finish. He fitted my window shutters after giving a quote, was informative and gave good advice as I’ve not had shutters before. They look amazing and the fitting was flawless, I’m so happy. High recommend and will defo be going back to get the other rooms done when we are ready.

Alan gave great advice on what would work best for my space, and the quality of the blinds and shutters is amazing. The shutters have transformed my living room and bedrooms giving the space a fresh modern look and the Duette blinds are perfect for letting in just the right amount of light while still keeping things private.
