I had several quotes for window shutters for my new home, before I came across Bespoke Window Furnishings.
I was assisted by Lee who was extremely polite, attentive, knowledgeable and confident. He proved me with an amazing price and was by no means giving me the hard sale approach like all the others, so I decided to go ahead.

He kept me updated with the order and came to install them as soon as the order arrived.

He has done an amazing job, which has transformed our family home.
His precision was so on point and was all completed in one day.
He also explained how they function as well as how best to clean them.

Alan is extremely friendly, professional and passionate always going above and beyond to give the best service possible. Alan fitted shutters in our home and was a total perfectionist with his work. We are very happy with them and will definitely be using his services again!

Very happy with the overall service and certainly recommend! We've had various window and door dressings fitted and all have been excellent products and fitted exceptionally to the mm. We have required a couple adjustments and one replacement duet blind which had a tiny hole as a result of the manufacturing process. There were no qualms or questionning and these snaggs were remediated within days.

Alan and Lee came to fit our shutters in a space that other companies had said was impossible. Alan managed to measure and fit the shutters and they look beautiful. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend the company to anyone who wanted beautiful shutters in their house.

Alan was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We communicated on WhatsApp and over the phone when required. He is very responsive and it was clear from our initial meeting at our house with that he knows his stuff. He spent 15 minutes showing us different variations and colours of wooden shutters before then about 20 mins measuring up. You pay 50% once you place the order and that’s it. 12 weeks later you have your new blinds which he fitted in a day. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail. Alan is a multi skilled tradesman rather than someone who just fits blinds. If the opening isn’t quite right he will add window boards or trims to get over any quirky details that are already present in order to give a clean simple and high quality finish. We are delighted with our blinds that have completely changed the front of our house.

Chris fitted our shutters and the fitting is spot on. Quality of the shutters and finishing is brilliant. It exceeds our expectations. Chris is also very prompt with communication. Highly recommend to anyone.
