An excellent tailored private day trip
My veteran father-in-law had passed away a week before our trip to Paris. He had participated in the Battle of Normandy in WWII, and had come ashore on Utah beach with his division. We decided to book a tour with our family to visit the Normandy beaches in honor and remembrance for him. Our guide Philippe customized our tour around our family to visit the places most relevant to us in remembering our family member. Philippe is very knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be with.

Dear Lisa, I was very moved to hear that your father in law had just passed away when you took the tour; in the US 430 veterans pass away every day, they were "the greatest generation" I invite you to visit this interesting website : https://www.senioradvice.com/articles/the-greatest-generation again thank you very much, I was honoured to give you the tour on that day. Kindest regards, Philippe

Wonderful Tour
Wonderful tour company! Great communication and service. Very professional guides. I needed an all day tour that could accommodate 6 of us with our baggage and an Orly drop off. Phillipe was able to arrange at all. We had an awesome time with Frederic at Fountainebleau and Vaux le Vicomte. Thanks again!

Excellent Tour Company
Best of France Tours was wonderful. We spent a week in France and did multiple tours last summer all arranged through Philippe Every tour was 5-Stars. He and his guides were a delight and very knowledgable.
My husband I took our 19 and 15 year old boys on this trip and there was never a minute of boredom. You can't go wrong with this tour company!!

Best of France Tours is Excellent in every way!
Best of France Tours is continuously excellent! This is my 10th year to use Best of France Tours. As a travel planner, I have booked couples and family groups with BOF. I also bring yearly groups of women to shop for antiques in Paris, and we do a city tour each year with Best of France. Communication with Philippe is excellent, the drivers are always on time, the vehicles are pristine, and the guides are knowledgable and entertaining.
It is HARD to find perfect vendors in France, and once we found Philippe and Best of France Tours, we have never used another tour company.

Phillipe could not have been more patient with us and kinder. He took extra time to show us little unknown places that were important. His passion for learnng and his expertise made this such an enjoyable trip for one of our guests for whom this was their first visit to anywhere outside of the United States. We look forward to booking Phillppe for a tour of the Louvre.
