My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Their communication was unclear from the very beginning, and I kept being asked to pay additional amounts for reasons that were never properly explained.
After looking deeper, I found out that several other clients had filed similar complaints about them.
They are completely unable to solve any problems, and their staff are absolutely unhelpful and uncooperative - even the owner and representatives seem to have no real experience or professionalism.
It honestly felt like the main goal was to extract as much money as possible rather than to deliver a proper, professional service.
I strongly advise anyone to think carefully before dealing with them - it was one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I’ve ever had with a business.
