Chairs arrived on time, packed well. Color was nice, but I noted some rust appeared within a couple of days. I sent a photo and asked to return. Company was fast and professional. No pushback. Sometimes things happen, and a good company takes care of customers when those things happen.

This product should be advertised as a one person set up with a two person carry at the weight of 35 pounds. It would be difficult for one person to carry this and anything else along with it. There is significant damage to the box and it broke a little bit of the cover that belongs to the tent itself I haven’t had a chance to actually use the tent so I cannot comment on that but the delivery of the package was a little bit undesired.

Ordered the Lemonade stand for my grand kids, 5 and 7 and were putting it together this weekend for our lemonade sale on Sunday.
It was delivered on time, and came boxed up without rips or tears.
Will let you know when we open it up if it was easy to assemble. That will be next week.

Item arrived quickly. Easy to put up. Impressed that the feet/wheels aren't in the bag. There's straps that attach the cover to the legs.

My sister and her husband gave me one of your outdoor umbrellas. A strong wind destroyed it. It was perfect prior to that. So I ordered a new one. The price was reasonable. And it’s huge and sturdy. It didn’t take long for the new to arrive. The color matches my hammock perfectly!

I am generally a fan of most of your products. The grapefruit juice was a huge disappointment. It was not refreshing nor did it taste fresh. I was so looking forward to a big glass of it. Now I have to figure out how to drink the rest. Anyway, I'll still buy some of your products, just not this one again.

This company get zero stars!!! BEWARE of SCAMMING and not receiving what you paid for.

I purchased an electric guitar that was going to cost more to make adjustments on it than the guitar was worth. To begin with, the frets were mis-aligned. The labor to make those adjustments alone was going to be over the original cost. Then there would have to be tension rod and bridge adjustments. But no worries. Like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!"
I'll take the hit on this one, once!

Customer service relations is absolutely a joke.
On chatover a hour.
They keep sending links to text.call backs are 24-48 hours.
You have to send an email to request a call.
I REFUSE to conduct any questions concerns through jumping through hoops.
It's been 4 hours 6 different people.
As a professional consumer advocate this is the worst I've seen ever.
Good product but no customer friendly quality will be their undoing

Why don't they call themselves Amazon. Every single thing that they review is sold on Amazon.
That can't be a coincidence.
Does it have something to do with the % they earn for directing people to Amazon?

I purchased two umbrella stands, one for home and one for a vacation place. I didn't open the second one until several months later. When I assemble it, it was missing a part. In spite of my failing to comply with the waranty provisions, BCP sent me a replacement at no charge. This was after I explained the circumstances. Very few if any companies do things like this anymore.
