Ordered jersey online with plenty of time as Halloween a costume. Jersey arrived after Halloween. Tried working with customer service to get a refund. Custom service wasted my time with back and forth emails doing their best not to refund my money. I would not order from them again as if there is a problem don't expect any help from customer service. I really don't have any use for the jersey at this point either. Super disappointed.

I placed an order for an advent calendar on November 20th. it is now December 5th. The shopping information has not updated for nine (9) days, and there is no indication that it has left China. At this rate, I will not have the order before the end of December which is insane. I am wondering whether this is a scam website.

Product was a very poor quality especially since paid almost$50.00. Will not order from here again.

This site is a scam. I ordered a cap for a retired Navy veteran. I have been waiting a long time and the tracking number says it has been waiting for USPS pickup for 5 days. No response from seller. Very poor communication. Buyer BEWARE

I still have not received my order. It may say that I got it but I did not I just wasted $80.They sent me 2 different tracking #s. One says it was delivered. It wasn't. The other is USPS and it says it's still in California. I have been emailing back and forth with best custom and so far they've done nothing but tell me that I received my package which I have not. I decided to check my tracking again turns out that the post office supposedly confiscated the package because it had counterfeit postage on it supposedly. Then about a week ago I checked tracking and it was supposedly on its way it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th and now it's unknown delivery date which means I'll probably never get it.

DISHONEST COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS! Order from Etsy instead!!!!!

1) I requested expedited shipping. Product was not produced or shipped for over 2 weeks.

2) I paid extra to have the product made in the USA. Product was shipped from china.

3) I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Company ignored my request and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Tried to order sizes for my children, age 4,6,9. Ordered youth xs, s, and medium. Adult size t shirts were delivered. When I contacted them about the mistake, the company said our youth sizes run big. This was obviously a mistake, not a problem with ordering the wrong sizes. I’m almost 6 feet tall and the small size fits me. No way that is a youth size small. I would not order from this company.

I ordered on 11/23. I paid for expedited shipping. It’s pretty clear 1-2 days to produce 3-5 to ship. I have no info back and was told to just wait a few more days.

I ordered an ADVENT CALENDAR over a month ago and it has not come. It's December 2nd. Can't get a hold of anyone.

I have contacted the below email 3 times. Dec 10 no ADVENT CALENDAR

I ordered this package significantly ahead of time and was told an arrival date that was well within when I needed it however it is significantly delayed. I gave myself a two week cushion and somehow your services are still not going to get it to me in time it’s the holidays. This is when you need to be on top of your orders. I’m definitely never coming to best custom or recommending your service again.

Came out perfectly my family member was very pleased

Ordered cute hat for my dad’s birthday, paid for expedited shipping. Arrived a week after his party. Tried to return, totally refused stating “it was within our shipping time frame”. Which was not true, I wouldn’t have ordered it if it was going to arrive a week late. After three emails back and forth I give up. Do yourself a favor and stick with Amazon.

This has been the most unprofessional company! I bought a baseball hat for ($52) with an American flag and name and it was the wrong color and this company would not even exchange for the correct color!
They refused, and all I wanted was the correct color!!
Unbelievable!
Also the hat was a cheap $5 hat and was not even almost worth in any color… bad business!

The description of what we purchased is exactly what we hoped for when we received it. The person we gifted it to was truly impressed.

Sent me the wrong item, express shipping took one month, and refused to give me a refund.

Unfortunately the pictures you upload are not used as is and they cropped faces from my picture and spread them out randomly. I did not know that was going to happen. They did not send a review of the design changes. I wrote the company and they replied "we only use the faces". I did not see that in any advertisement and it is misleading. Not the product results that were advertised. Disappointing. Also the tracking was inaccurate and it told me the package had arrived when it was still in route.
