Do not send me emails anymore

Don't buy from these people. Poor communication, and shady business practices. I paid for expedited shipping on December 13 with the website promising a before Christmas delivery.

I have received zero updates on my order. Just excuses about being a small company. Nobody cares how small of a company you are if you promise something you make it happen. There's no way my order isn't even shipped yet.

You can easily send me 3+ emails a day asking me to buy more stuff but cannot reply to my emails.

UPDATE: After leaving my last two support emails without a reply they come on here and ask me to email them.... horrible customer service horrible business

Like many others, I paid for expedited shipping, upgraded product, and made in USA.
It took over 3 weeks for the shipping, there is no such thing as “upgraded product, and the product that I received is clearly labeled as made in China.
Despite several emails to “customer service” there has been no resolution.
Obviously I have been scammed like many others.

ABSOLUTELY horrible and deceitful shipping times!

The company promised me a much shorter delivery window and hid the fact that its products will be shipped from overseas and take much longer to arrive than disclosed at the point of sale. They provide a California address on their website to create a false impression of their location. The product I ordered was an advent calendar of different tequilas. The website made it seem like the calendar contained actual mini bottles of tequila but, upon receipt, they were tiny plastic images of different tequila bottles. I cannot believe I paid $50 (including shipping) for this product. I posted a one-star review on the website but they clearly do not display any negative reviews... the review I posted cannot be seen anywhere and they claim to have zero 1-star reviews...which I know to be false. Suffice to say, my efforts to secure a refund/return have so far gotten nowhere. I will never order anything from this company again and I will do a better job of researching online-only vendors in the future... had I searched BBB, I would have seen they have an F rating.

I ordered a Christmas ornament for our granddaughter from Best Custom Co. and it exceeds my expectations. It is beautiful and well-made.
I did contact Customer Support regarding delivery and received a detailed, thoughtful reply. The ornament arrived shortly thereafter.

Order placed in November for Advent calendars scammers! Several emails on it is being processed.

I ordered nov 19th or around there. Good quality ( mine was a metal sign)and exactly what I ordered! It was also easy to communicate with this company. I will use them again.

This is my 2nd negative review of Best Custom. I ordered an Advent Calendar on November 24th, It was for my son. I’ve yet to receive it nor have I received a refund. I have received an email apologizing for the inconvenience but yet, I still have no calendar and Christmas is 10 days away. I understand shipping at the holidays can be delayed but we are getting close to a month that I ordered it. I have emailed them a couple of times with no resolve at this time. I will not order from this company again.

Have waited forever for this product….last minute updates

My custom order of Christmas gifts never arrived. Tracking said it did, but nothing was actually delivered. Contacted the company right away to let them know and ask for help. Got a reply asking if it arrived yet, so I reconfirmed it did not. Never heard back. Tried several more times to seek a response for what to do to get my order fulfilled. Now I am out the $ and don't have the intended gifts for those loved ones. NOT HAPPY

The lack of communication and letting customers know that they are very very slow in getting items to you. My order/delivery status has been in the same location for weeks. Even after contacting (via email) for updates nothing changes and they just ask for patience. I can wait, but going on to 4 weeks in the same status seems odd. Yet they keep sending me marketing emails for other items when I haven't even gotten what I requested at the beginning of November.

This is my first order from this site, and it will definitely be my last. I placed my order on November 28th, and now it's December 12th, yet my item still hasn't been shipped, despite paying $12.99 for expedited shipping. When I contacted customer service, it took them nearly a day or two to respond. When they finally did, I was informed (because of peak season) that I would receive my item 5-8 business days after it ships. Now, I'm waiting for another response to find out what will happen next since I've already paid for the expedited shipping. I'm now more frustrated because I even left a tip because I was feeling Holly😂

You put 1966, wrong year, supposed to be 1965

I paid for the upgraded quality and for the made in UsA option. Took several weeks to receive and one glass was broken during shipping, and the others quality looks like a dull sticker was placed on it, which is in no way a representation of what’s on the website. On top of that, I’ve sent three follow emails for a remedy to my issue and have not heard anything back. This company is not responsive AT ALL. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and after spending $50 on each glass, I have to say that I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts.

And again they Stole my design and use even my own product pictures.....

I'll open a court against them and inform all other Etsy owners, where they also steel the designs n pictures from

The picture turned out to be an “orangish” color (not like the photo that was submitted.). I sent an email but didn’t receive a response.

I tried to cancel my order because I no longer needed the product. I contacted the companyand was told that it was too late to cancel the order since it was processed already. The ridiculous part was that they said I could change the date on the item if need be. Too late to cancel, but still time to change the date??!! RIDICULOUS!!
