I ordered a keychain, which was 17 dollars on it own and 8 dollars shipping on Feb 4. It is Feb 11 and i have gotten 0 updates. I’ve emailed TWICE and have gotten no responses. This site is a complete and utter scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be contacting them about a refund or try to dispute it with my bank.

They have yet to reply back and it is Jan 24th. I’m disputing the charge with my bank and I better get me money back.

Best Custom creates unsatisfactory designs. The wording was uneven! DO NOT ORDER- COMES FTOM CHINA!!!

My girlfriend's dog passed last December - I immediately purchased a keep sake from Best Custom. By the end of the year, I STILL hadn't received it. It's now the end of January and it still wasn't shipped yet, a month and a half later, so I cancelled the order and had my money refunded. If you're looking for a gift that arrives in a decent time, DO NOT order from Best Custom - the item is coming from China and customer service gives the run-around on delays. If you do buy from Best Custom, DO NOT pay for the order to be expedited - it won't matter.

It took nearly 2 months to get my order. It was a gift for my grandson that I ordered in plenty of time ti get it by the date I needed it, and it did not arrive in time, which caused me to have to ship it to him, and now the package is lost. A very frustrating experience.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Ordered a custom metal sign and custom Xmas ornament. Both upgraded regular shipping. Order was placed Dec. 6th, arrived well into January (I went on an 10 day vacation the package didn’t even ship) even though request was put in to cancel the order as I was forced to purchase a plan B present. Business was contacted several times with no clear answers and bogus shipping confirmation links. My last request was for a return label. No response back, dead silence well after a week. CC company was contacted and claim filed as the order was not fulfilled on time and request for cancellation was demanded before item arrived.

Ordered pr Dec 12th, now its Jan 16th, still haven't received anything. Not even an update. Should have read Trustpilot before ordering from this company. Never again

It took forever to get the Christmas plate and when it came it was on a very cheap plastic plate. My husband was very upset as well. He couldn’t I paid that much for this plate. I believe it was not worth more than $2.00.however I spent over $50.00 with the shipping cost! Also it was much smaller than what I expected from the website. I emailed them and explained how dissatisfied I was with the product! What I finally received back was their coined standard response. They would get back to me very soon! NOT! The plate was so embarrassing I couldn’t give it to my daughter for Christmas. They told me to take a picture…. well how can you take a picture of the cheap plate that the painting was on. You had to see it to know the quality.
Also, there is no phone number to call them with problems only by emailing customer service which is a joke!
I’ll never do business with them again. Very poor quality and horrible customer service! Look elsewhere!!! I learned the hard way! I wouldn’t give them more than 1 star! Maybe less!

I ordered two separate custom Pokémon cards. The product was outstanding and was the favorite Christmas gift for each recipient. The customer service was outstanding. The order was during the Christmas crunch and it was going to be a tight delivery window. They made the impossible happen and delivered it ON Christmas Day. I was thrilled to have these on the actual day. Great experience overall.

Ordered and it arrived 3 weeks late. Terrible quality. Messaged customer service and they took 10 days to send a generic response about holiday delays. Avoid this company.

What appeared to be a custom gift made in the US was actually made in CHINA. No mention of shipping delays when I placed the order but over three weeks and a ride across the ocean, the item finally arrived, well after I intended to present the gift to its recipient. The quality also does not reflect that which is shown online. Never again. Do not buy from this place!!! Buyer beware!!!

I was impressed when I received my order. I'm so pleased I found your company searching online for my beloved dogs cross. It was very well constructed and detailed beautifully 😍. I can't thank you enough for your product i received. Wonderful is all I can say to you.

Ordered a sign which came in Bent sent pictures of package. Response we will get back to you, they have not.

Ordered a charm with personalized pictures to hang off wedding bouquet to represent bride’s family and my father who passed away recently. We did not receive it. So very disappointing. It’s been in “China” for almost 2 weeks according to tracking.

Scam company probably drop ship cheap stuff from China. I paid extra to have before Christmas the order is still not even shipped, I've concluded I most likely won't receive the product. I need to be more careful from ordering from sites like this. Very shady business practice.
