i never received my order, i emailed numerous times, just to received a response of pay 8 dollars for a delivery fee. i wait to receive some fuses that go into a machine. useless. they sent me some machine parts and it was already labeled and addressed to another person. DONOT BUY

The quality of the product was laughable. I have asked for a refund since December 2025 and they still refuse to refund me anything because it was a specialized product. Well I would normally agree but if you saw how terrible of a product I had received, you think you would want to make it right. Beware of this company its a scam.

Even though my blanket came with an error, they were great on fixing it and re-doing it for free..my daughter loved it..

This store is engaged in deceptive and fraudulent ecommerce activity by systematically copying Etsy sellers’ listings and using those copied listings to advertise and sell products on its own store.

We bought a memorial dream catcher for our friends who lost their beloved dog. It is beautiful and they appreciated it very much.
We didn't realize there was a protective backing placed on the item for shipping. When I reached out to the company, they were quick to respond and solved the issue. They had great communication which is rare in these times.
I definitely recommend this as a lovely keepsake and I appreciate the professionalism of the support team.

I rarely leave reviews, but this product was so disappointing it’s worth warning others. The “Personalized USA 250th Anniversary Whiskey Glass” is extremely poor quality and nowhere near worth the price. It’s not even something I’d consider displaying on my home bar — it went straight into the trash.

The biggest issue is how misleading the product description is. The design is not laser etched, engraved, or embossed as implied. It appears to be flat printed with low-quality ink, which looks cheap and wears the same impression. Nothing about it feels premium or durable.

I also paid extra for the “Made in USA” option, but the item shipped from China, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy of that claim. The shipping was handled by UniUni, which only added to the frustration of the overall experience.

Quality control also seems nonexistent. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. I’ve included a comparison photo on other review sites.

Customer service was equally frustrating. They were very responsive when I had pre-sale questions, but once there was an issue with my order, responses became slow and unhelpful. The polite tone feels superficial when there’s no real resolution behind it.

For anyone considering purchasing, I strongly recommend documenting everything — save emails and take photos if something is wrong. I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my bank. It was initially ruled in my favor, the company appealed, and after submitting additional evidence, I won again and the case was closed.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience from product quality to post-sale support. I would not recommend this item or this seller.

II ordered an Acrylic Heart with engraving and flowers. I did not know it was made in China and each order was shipped from China. It arrived withing a reasonable time but one line of the engraving was off-centered. I contacted Support and they supposedly ordered a replacement. I never received any order number for the replacement. Comms with Support are very slow. They do not give much information, but are always apologizing. The replacement has taken 2-3x longer and has still not arrived. I requested a credit and will dispute the charge with my CC company. Not a big hassle for $60. I would think twice about using this company.

The products I purchased back in December still haven't arrived. I also paid additional for US delivery. Each tracking number they provide me is from China.

The size is way to small material is trash it took over a month and no response when ask about refund save your money no response

Update: Don't let their nice response fool you. After going back and forth, providing the reason why I want a refund, then having to provide a photo to show them the junk they sent me; I was told "Please remove the protection film and the product will be complete."

No idea what they're talking about. Product is "complete" trash. Period.

So, be forewarned: They will NEVER provide you a refund. Highly UNETHICAL business practices.

This site is a complete scam. Every item I ordered was nothing like the site photo. I paid $150 for 4 sun catchers that were just junk plastic. No detail, dull colors, one dimensional and worth $1 at best.

Customer service? There is no customer service. If you want to return an item, they make you jump through hoops, then ghost you.

Site says “Satisfaction Guaranteed”. It’s a lie.

Photos are all AI generated and look stunning, so it’s easy to believe they’re selling quality artistic pieces.

Ordered on 2/6 and paid expedited shipping for pokemon card for valentines day. I reached out 5-6 business days after purchase. They immediately responded, we are very sorry, etc. It is now 2/24 I have followed up on 6 separate occasions. It has been 12 business days since I placed the order and it has been 10 since receiving any correspondence. This site is a scam. My lawyer will be serving you.

Absolute scam. It took a month to get here, had the complete wrong details on it, was heavily damaged, and noone will get back with me. The map had the complete incorrect location, the map wasn't even half the size as advertized, the spacing left the bottom 1/3 was completely empty, and the plexi was heavily scratched and scuffed. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

No communication I.E. every email inquiry ignored. vague tracking information , Not even sure its on Earth at this point. DO NOT use this website. forget the hassle find a reputable business IN THE USA.

I will never order from Thai company again. They never respond. Gift wasn’t delivered during the estimated delivery date range and I have emailed numerous times with no response. If I could give zero stars I would.
