I took a chance on BRD & was sent an angel
I took a chance on purchasing one of the inexpensive but seemingly great quality dolls offer by BRD. While nervous at first, their customer service was very helpful and reassuring that I would get what I paid for.

Beautifully made Doll
The Doll is Beautifully made and is as pictured on the Website. The range of Motions and positions the doll can be put into is better then advertised. I am learning something new each day with the Doll. I have purchased some Clothes for the Doll and find that XS in Adults size can work or Size 8-10 in Kids Size.
Took a while to come due to Customs delay which was a headache to sort out, but finally arrived 2 and half weeks after it was ordered. Very well packaged.

You placed an order on our website on April 3, 2025. We promptly arranged shipment, and according to the tracking information (FedEx tracking number: 880285882933), the package was delivered to your shipping address on April 9, 2025.
Four months later, you informed us that you still haven’t received the package and mentioned that the doll might have been delivered to a nearby address, not your own. We’d like to clarify this: the doll was shipped to the shipping address you provided when placing the order. However, we noticed that your billing address is different from the shipping address. Do not be fooled.
The product I received is a bizarre, defective knockoff of what I actually ordered. The proportions are horrifyingly wrong-the hands and feet are mangled and look nothing like the photos. It's also inexplicably heavy, to the point of being practically unusable and feeling cheaply filled with god-knows-what.
The entire experience was designed to cause anxiety. They force a signature upon delivery, a clear tactic to prevent refusals. I had to intercept it specifically so my wife wouldn't have to deal with this fraudulent garbage.
The only semi-decent part is the face, but that's a pathetic consolation for being sold a worthless, expensive brick. Do not be fooled.

Very satisfied with bestrealdoll.com, cheap prices but high quality. Got her within a week of order. A lot of the dolls have stock photos and videos in addition to the glammed up pics, so you can usually see what the doll actually looks like. Wig was a different color, got red hair instead of blonde but I am 100% ok with it and they automatically sent another wig without me even saying anything. Will definately buy from them again. The one i received a week ago, Yamiee vina is almost too good to be true, seriously. She is beautiful, properly proportioned and perfect in every way. Prompt Delivery on an In-Stock Doll
I ordered an in-stock doll. Despite being right before a holiday, shipping was prompt and I received her within a week of ordering through FedEx.

I’m leaving this review for anyone considering BestRealDoll and wanting the real story.
I recently purchased the FD160cm Fukada doll (5’3”, about 99 lbs) with an L-cup bust (107 cm) and 103 cm hips. I was amazed at how gorgeous she is in person—the curves, the body, and especially that stunning booty. She’s exactly what I was hoping for.
BestRealDoll overall gave me a solid buying experience. The price was excellent for the quality, and they shipped my order quickly from their US warehouse, which helped me avoid long wait times or customs issues.
That said, there were a few minor issues:
• The shipping box arrived with a hole in it.
• One fingernail was loose and will need glue.
• One foot bolt was sticking out more than usual, but I think it can be tightened down.
They were all relatively small problems, and the doll herself arrived safe and beautiful.
The biggest reason for this five-star review is Vita. I call her “General Vita” because she’s truly like a four-star general running the show with discipline, precision, and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company, period.
She went above and beyond by sourcing this specific doll for me—even though it wasn’t listed on the website. She made sure everything was matched to my past orders, remembered my preferences, and stayed patient with my many questions. That’s rare in this business.
Despite the small hiccups, I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to Vita when I’m ready for my dream doll in the $2,500–$3,000 range.
If you’re shopping for a doll and want great service and fair prices, I highly recommend BestRealDoll—and especially Vita. She’s earned her nickname as General Vita!
