Title: Hidden Gem at BestRealDoll: Gorgeous Doll, Fair Price, and Top-Notch Service!

I’m leaving this review for anyone considering BestRealDoll and wanting the real story.

I recently purchased the FD160cm Fukada doll (5’3”, about 99 lbs) with an L-cup bust (107 cm) and 103 cm hips. I was amazed at how gorgeous she is in person—the curves, the body, and especially that stunning booty. She’s exactly what I was hoping for.

BestRealDoll overall gave me a solid buying experience. The price was excellent for the quality, and they shipped my order quickly from their US warehouse, which helped me avoid long wait times or customs issues.

That said, there were a few minor issues:
• The shipping box arrived with a hole in it.
• One fingernail was loose and will need glue.
• One foot bolt was sticking out more than usual, but I think it can be tightened down.

They were all relatively small problems, and the doll herself arrived safe and beautiful.

The biggest reason for this five-star review is Vita. I call her “General Vita” because she’s truly like a four-star general running the show with discipline, precision, and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company, period.

She went above and beyond by sourcing this specific doll for me—even though it wasn’t listed on the website. She made sure everything was matched to my past orders, remembered my preferences, and stayed patient with my many questions. That’s rare in this business.

Despite the small hiccups, I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to Vita when I’m ready for my dream doll in the $2,500–$3,000 range.

If you’re shopping for a doll and want great service and fair prices, I highly recommend BestRealDoll—and especially Vita. She’s earned her nickname as General Vita!

I ordered an in stock doll so the delivery was early the next week, despite FedEx holding her in hub about 30min from my house for 3 days. The box was messed up, both ends the tape had given out and Styrofoam was poking out from them kicking hand trucks under it. That being said, when I opened it up and put her together she was in perfect condition, beautiful, like in the glam shots. Her eye makeup is different coloration, but at some point I'll be needing to redo it anyway. Although so it's held up longer than my other dolls from a different company. Anyway she feels great all over and as full size dolls go was a great deal. She's in my bed every night.

There were a few complications but over all I give 5 stars.

Delivered time was descent, delivery was so discreet I didn’t know my doll came in until i opened my door and seen the package. When i ordered and paid for my product the next day it was on sale. They honored and reimburse me the difference on price. I will be ordering more stuff from this company!

Ordered a doll, but it showed up with 3 fingers broken off and clear signs someone had already used it. Literally the most disgusting experience of my life.

Ordered a doll from UK stock and it arrived in less than 48 of placing order,in perfect condition and also received discount for first time purchase
Ordered a second doll from UK stock and again it arrived in less than 48 hours in perfect condition with another discount at checkout and included a bag of extra accessories and BRD also sent me a FREE head! 😃
Ordered a third doll from US stock and it took just over a month to arrive and was delivered in less than 12 hours of UPS receiving it and also arrived in perfect condition 🤩
Ordered a fourth doll,full silicone with a few customised upgrades and got discount again at the checkout and ordered a fifth doll that was fully customised version of the first doll.
These two took just under two months to arrive and both were delivered together in less than 12 hours of UPS receiving them and both arrived in perfect condition with all the correct upgrades and the factory also sent me photos of them straight off the production line to confirm they were sending the correct dolls 😀

What you see is not what you get. It pains me to give them this feedback because there was so much potential. The doll could've been perfect, except for one dishonest marketing twist. The doll that you order from looking at the photos on the website, those stunning eyes and beautifully applied make up, will not show up at your door.

If you look through the website, you eventually come across manufacturing pictures where they show it coming off of the line. There's no make up, there's no handcrafted look to them, and they show up ugly. Sure, their body is amazing, but some people, like myself, want to see a beautiful face, not their uglier sister. It's not even an option. If you ask them, which I did, their ambiguous sales pitchy response was that I could get that done and basically apply my own make up.

Right. Nobody except a make up artist would know how to do what they do. And to make things worse, they're not even allowing you an upsell. They should be offering it, if they're not going to do it upfront, at least an option for an extra 50 or $100, they add makeup. They owe it to us as an extremely high paying customer, to literally get what we see in the pictures.

This, by definition, is false advertising. If anybody has doubt about what I'm saying, look at the reviews on the website, and then compare those photos of dolls that they have received with the beautiful models that they are advertising. If you look deep into the review section, you will see exactly what I'm talking about. Some look good, many don't.

Overall: it’s fantastic.
First time buying a doll.
The material feels pretty real.
This purchase was a custom order, so it took over a month to receive.
What I didn’t fully consider was the weight and tightness of the joints. It can feel like a workout moving her around.

I’m going to do more research on care to find easier ways to wash and maintain. Just so I don’t have to drag her from room to bathroom to give sponge baths.

The product that I've ordered was shown as "in Stock EU" but after that their costumer service said is not in stock EU and they offered other products at discount BUT those were also not in stock in EU even if I asked them to provide me just the options that are in stock EU.I felt it like they were struggling to keep the money.
Entire thing last from 9 May to 22 May

They sent a picture and video of the exact doll, their shipping time frame (I chose by ocean) was well within time, and there was some confusion once FedEx got their hands on the package, but they straightened it out immediately and kept contact with me the entire time. Of course with respect to weekends, as we all need.

Now the doll... Gorgeous. Worth every penny and the outfits I have for her are lots of fun, especially with her customized "auto function".

I'm definitely going to be buying at least one or two more in the near future.

I received the doll 3 days later than reported but it was on fedexs end no problem with the shipper the doll is great once I received it not as nice as the pictures but pretty darn good if you ask me it’s my first purchase of a doll and i figured you get what you pay for and I sort of did but I’m pleased it’s lonely in my apt all by myself and no prospects at all so it’s nice to have someone to sleep next to me and sit on the couch when I get and watch movies also BestRealDolls customer service was great on problem is the time difference it is Hong Kong time so I’d get replies the next morning but I completely understood that issue is base would be nice but all in all it was great experience shopping with them and I may buy another one soon

I ordered a custom Doll, and like other reviews, I was skeptical. It did take over a month to get the doll, but the team at Bestrealdolls were great with communication, always responding to my questions and keeping me up to speed on the progress. When the doll arrived I couldn't be happier. Great quality, and spot on to the description.

I ordered a custom doll and it was a great experience. It did take a while (a little over a month) but arrived well within the time advertised and all steps were well-communicated. They were very quick to get the doll made and send approval pictures. Once package was received I knew things were going to be good since the delivery box was completely undamaged. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the level of detail that is hard to convey in the photos; all the lines around her neck and shoulders, back dimples, down to the bones in the back of her neck really add to the level of realism. If you can take the time I highly recommend the custom dolls, and 100% recommend BestRealDoll for the price and quality. Couldn't be happier with my order and will definitely go to them first for any future needs!
