Just got a doll from them and it was beyond my expectations! When you look for things like this and have no clue where to shop because a lot of people do scam and send things that don’t look anything close to what you bought it’s a bit daunting looking and trusting a company but bestrealdoll is the real deal you can trust that when you spend your hard earned money that what you see is what you get and you get exactly what you see if I could give them 10 stars I would ! Honest review!! I was very nervous about ordering from this company due to all the reviews I’ve read & also the price of the dolls kinda had me worried thinking it was a scam! So I mean I was definitely hesitant to say the least wrote in forums about this place for people’s opinions about the company I mean I did research cause I wasn’t trying to loose $500! So I went ahead and ordered my first doll from them i payed I think it was like $475 I used one of those codes it gives on website doll was $549 and code made it $475 now from doing research from other websites and seeing their prices i was like yup! I’m definitely getting scammed l! Lol 😂 but i wasn’t trying to spend like 1,800 on doll & the same doll I got is around like 1,300/1,500 on other real known websites that are really established! But ordered it and i ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered that following Wednesday! I was concerned at first cause when it came to Saturday it just kept showing status unfulfilled, so I was getting nervous that I just got scammed cause I’m going off other people’s reviews! So I messaged them tried calling on phone got nothing I was in panic mode at that point! But came Monday morning I got a email and text about my question of where my shipment was and they sent me all the tracking information & link for it! So I seen where it was it was still at there company on Monday all day in California & by Tuesday it was in my home state and then on Wednesday it was delivered! The doll was the exact same doll I ordered,Thank God! And there was actually no damage to the doll they had it packaged really nice and tight & secured in there for the doll. There was also no weird odor on or coming from the doll so I’m pretty sure I just hit the jackpot to get the same doll at half the price then any other companies! I mean from the first experience I had with buying from bestrealdoll I would definitely buy again from here! I’d be a fool to spend more elsewhere! Now how would it go the second round I don’t know! Lol 😂 I would say that would be the ultimate test!! Lmao 🤣 but I will eventually! Not saying that you will not have a bad experience from them that, I don’t know! But this is my experience and I guess I got the luck out of the bunch compared to others! But I would recommend especially if you on a budget the quality is really good! Give it a try I was sweating once when that payment approved notification popped up.. 🤣 But all went well! Well folks that all I gotta say!

2 weeks ago i ordered a doll and now fedex status is still confirmed - no changes - i was mailing this company but got no reply - hope i can get money back

Being a first timer, I looked at alot of different companies websites. After browsing through hundreds of options I found myself going back to the Realbestdoll site. Excellent quality for the price
My doll arrived about a week ago. She came in a long box, which told me that little assembly was involved. I was right-- only the head needed to be attached, yay!
Even though the box was a little damaged by the folks at FedEx, she was in perfect condition when I opened it. Bestrealdoll did an excellent job of packing my darling sweetheart. Kudos to them!
If this is your first doll, I would recommend Bestrealdoll 100 percent.

Got a label for shipment on 16-July 2024 at UPS.
Now it's 20-Sept 2024 and still got nothing.
They gave me a ship to follow but that wasn't the ship that has my package and is on it's way to other destinations.
Got this reported at the police, at my bank, at iDEAL and at UPS.
Watch out peeps, they are scammers and laugh at you after payment on their website chat.
And no, you can't set this straight anymore. You lied and laughed at me on your website. You will hear from other parties now.
I tried couple of times but you would not listen.
Now it's at the government. I already gave you multiple times option to resolve this but you didn't and started laughing. Hope that your bank account will be blocked.
You lied again just now. That's not my tracking number and not the correct order number. Now you just guessing. Stop trying so hard. It's already at the police and government. Now you lie again about some other order or a fake order that is send to me. Second time already.
