Excellent customer service, especially the service provided by Sofia.

Best used sold me a bad transmission. Tom Pace promised me he was going to pay for the mechanic shop to remove the bad trannny. In a NUT shell my automobile has been sitting at Cobb automotive for past 5 months.

He does not keep his word and this has placed me in the worst financial nightmare. I had to pay 2200 to the repair shop to install a bad transmission.

I have text messages from Tom Pace stating that his word is bond and he would not leave me high and dry. Well See for yourself and call Cobb Automotive In Oxford Alabama at 256 835 7505 and ask them how long a 2014 Infinity QX60 have been there.

Their next step is to place a lien on my SUV. All of this thanks to me Trusting Best Use Auto Parts and Tom Pace.

Best used auto parts response is false. I have voice recordings..emails..text messages from Tom Pace stating that their company would accept financial responsibility for the mechanic shop fee to remove transmission.

Again Call Cobb Automotive in oxford alabama.. They are a reputable shop that has been operating for decades..and the best excuse this company can come up with is they Did Not properly install it.

Beware of BEST USED. There are reputable companies online that sales used transmissions outside of this company. Please do your research.

Best Use Auto was able to find a engine and get it shipped out very quickly. Although the representative said it had a turbo and it didn't it would have just been a bonus. Got the engine installed it fired up as expected and runs great no hidden issues

I ordered a cummins 5.9 engine with under 90000 miles. Thats what I paid for. I received an engine with 266,000 miles on it per Carfax. The reason I know that is they send a label with the vin. number and color of truck.

Best use promised delivery within 5-8 business days. The engine was at the mechanic’s shop on the 4th day. The mechanic found no issues with the engine. So I’m very satisfied with the results of buying a used engine from this company.

Best Used Auto Parts really came through for me. I had attempted to purchase a 2005 Subaru WRX automatic transmission from 2 other businesses. The other businesses both assured me that the transmissions were automatics, but upon delivery I received manuals. Best Use Auto Parts were thorough from beginning to end, and had a transmission with low miles on it as well. The prices was affordable at $850 for 60-90k miles. Suzanne was my point of contact, and I really appreciate all of her follow through and support. Would recommend this place if they have the parts you need.
