I tried to place my first bet with this company, but was told that I have restrictions on my account.
I emailed their support and got no reply.
It seems like a very dodgy company to me.

Used Betano and had no issues, had great lines with basketball especially. All of a sudden the decided they wouldn't accept any more bets, no reason given and no reason offered when I asked for clarification. Joke of a company.

Created an account, 20 minutes after doing so I was told I’d had my welcome offer and promotions taken away from me. Hadn’t even deposited yet, they said they couldn’t give a reason and that it was final. Nonsense

Avoid this side they are scammers

The company said it has fast withdrawals but it couldn’t be further from the truth. 24 hours later still not even been approved, still on pending.
Surprising as they are the official betting partner of Aston Villa, but can’t pay out there players. Avoid! Much better gambling sites with instant withdrawals.

Took 48hrs to verify me. As I sent docs off wrong email they closed my account. So after days of waiting and countless live chats. Nothing got resolved & my time wasted.

Signed up due to a free spins offer, after signing up the offer wasn't visible on my promotions tab. I contacted customer support who were friendly, however after 30 mins of back-and-forth no solution was provided, despite me sending the link they claimed they could not locate the promotion and refused to honour.

Not a good first impression and would definitely feel safer gambling elsewhere.

Still not happening tonight—maybe another day. Yet, judging by the reviews, it looked like a good site; then again, maybe they paid for those positive reviews...

⚠️ Terrible Payouts and No Bonuses
I deposited £150 and played on a 20p stake, expecting a decent amount of playtime and some fair bonus triggers. Instead, I spent ages spinning with almost zero bonus chances. When a bonus finally hit, the payouts were a joke—only giving me 5x, 7x, or 8x my stake. My absolute biggest win across all the popular games was a measly 20x on Big Bass. Total waste of time and money; the RTP feels completely off. Avoid this site.

Betano is the most filthy scamming crooks out there. So here is the thing - I’ve won some money on their slots back in January, shortly after this they restrict my account with what they called „limit loss cap” of £400 and as of then I was not able to win anything. It was always loose sessions no matter what game and stake. After two months they put some restrictions preventing me from making deposits and they blamed my bank saying it’s Lloyds blocking my deposits. Asked my bank few times and they said it’s not true. And just now I asked them nicely via live chat what is the problem and they deleted my account. Betano and their sister sites are not worth having account with them.

Joined, account fully verified, Couldn't deposit as said use a different card. Tried another card, same thing. Said it can take 4 days to resolve, said this is hardly the welcome I would expect, they then closed the account...
