I signed up to this site last night, and did the £5 welcome offer for the free spins and £20 slot bonus.
With the bonus I ended up winning £18! Now with the 10x wagering requirement that means I have to wager £-80 to get the £18 bonus… using the bonus funds I was soon up to £30, and had wagered round £20, then up to £45, £60 then £75
Now I started with 10p a spin and once my bonus balance started growing, I slowly increased the wager per spin. Until I was at £1 per spin. That £75 soon Dropped to £50, then £30, when I hit £25 I started back in 10p spins. I’d now wagered around £95….
That £25 soon turned into £30 and fluctuated between £25-30.
I checked what I had left to wager and I need to wager £28, I had £26.50!
I the by en had a few nice wins tgat put me up to £70! I was going to walk away with at least a £50 note from this! Then all hell broke loose! I hit 2 features on 2 spins then had a £46 win on a spin! I ended up with £145!
I withdraw it and waited for processing! This happened late this morning!
So today I’m giving them all the stars!

They had an offer available that I accepted, a 30% boost on a bet builder. I definitely clicked through the link, I’m very careful to do that. My bet won, but I did not get the bonus.

I opened a chat and was talking to Thomas. Although he seemed helpful, he just kept telling me that I had not accepted the offer. I know I did, as I’m careful, having been caught out before.

They wouldn’t budge, refused to look in to it further or honour their offer.

Bad customer service

SCAM! Deposited and played £10 to take advantage of the welcome offer, once money has been used no welcome offer applied to my account, contacted them and they said that due to business discretion I wouldn’t be getting one. Joke company, also told me I received an email prior to depositing saying that I was exempt from any promotion, I have never seen this email after checking every folder in my email. Avoid this company they are scammers.

I used this platform but with my last experience I won't use it anymore... Last week I withdraw £200 on Friday with google pay which is related to my bank account I contacted them several times giving me some retrieve refferal number.. I called my bank they assure me they have never send the money.. It's 1 week after the withdrawal and they keep coming with the same story.. To call my bank.. I won't use them again... Oh thank you for your offer to help but you don help me at all..1 week after you send the money someh else and you want me to ask for a letter.. Are you joking? DO not trust betano I have deposited and now they won't let me have my money back after saying I am excluded from the casino! But they accepted my deposit and let me play. I'm really disappointed in this casino as they are suppose to be regulated but won't let me have my deposit back as far as I'm concerned this company cannot be trusted at all, the live chat is rude and unhelpful.
