Cant use revolut to make deposit.

Joined Betano they had good offers but despite doing everything as asked a big fat nothing no way to get in touch so I will not be using them again. Anyone want first bet promotions go somewhere else. The app is horrible anyway.

Literally 0 free bets or rewards in 5 months I’ve had this app even when depositing around 50 a week.

Cash out not available on bet builders which has made me lose out on 1000s (needed 1 corner from Aston Villa in 30 mins for £1500, couldn’t cash out, a few other similar experiences for £800 and £500).

Use bet365, they reward regular players and cash out is always available. (Putting that Aston Villa bet on Betano is my biggest mistake of the year for sure)

Overall Betano is a decent betting platform, there are many deposit options, the app works well and is generally smooth and they have an excellent casino....but...as someone who like to bet on tennis, their tennis offering is lacking. There are so many popular tennis markets missing eg, set handicaps, player games more game handicaps...its disappointing that such a big brand doesn't have a better offering, they would get 5 stars if this was improved. I hope they will listen to my feedback because otherwise a decent site

Proper dirty company and the customer service full of lairs! Stay away from this scammers.

You open a bet and when the bet almost finish they void the bet and they ask you to verify your account what you already did. The become a winning bet and they dont pay you just giving the money back.

Terrible, I only deposited £10 as the reviews are suspect. After I won £30 then requested documents which I supplied. Now I can't withdraw and the account is restricted until they verify which can take 4 days. Gentlemen use your hard earned money elsewhere.

I've had an email from them saying I'm no longer eligible for any promos. Don't understand why as I haven't been winning (bookie's hate winners right?). All I've done it place some bets, always on horse racing or football. I've won £5/£10 here and there but my account is definitely down overall.

Feels unfair that I've been excluded for no reason so won't be returning.

I didn't really want to use this betting app when I saw the 2025 but I'd already downloaded & commited to the sign up offer. Looks like whatever the issues were are no longer. I withdrew funds by visa though it isn't as fast as other betting sites it didn't take that long for funds to go into my bank, went in within 24hours & I messaged live chat about my last offer I had for the sign up when I would get it & I have to say fantastic customer service!

nearly 4 weeks later and this company has took my money upon sign up but as soon as I try to collect my bonuses they block my account for verification purposes. I'm told it will take no longer than 4 working days to complete the verification process, it's even stated on the website. but after several live chats with their agents I get told the same story. I make a deposit and lose at the casino. I'm making a deposit again. I win a small amount and the Restriction is applied. I provide the documents. After 12 hours, I request all the bank documents that exist, confirmation of the address, a photo with a bank card and much more. This is bullying. I don't want to waste a few days of my life to get my money back.

Joined Betano today deposited £20 ,played £10 on slots won nothing.
Did a £10 football accumulator and won £110.
Went back on slots and played gold cash free spins, played 20p 40p 80p and then played £1 on the same game, i averaged about 500 to 600 plays and not one bonus was given, this needs to be addressed, how can no bonus come into play and whats the point of having a bonus on the games, the £110 they took in no time. Makes my blood boil, how can you not get a bonus,I feel ripped off by these.im not a sore loser but when you get no bonus off that many spins you know these are having your pants down.
