I've used Better before for my current mortgage and this time they again successfully secured the best deal. Brad Potter has always called me on the arranged appointments and worked through what rates suit my requirements. The fact Better are now Rate Watching for me until my current mortgages expires is something I dont need to worry about. And their service is free! I'd happily use Better again and again for this. The lovely Kate Williams oversaw the entire process.

We've remortgaged with them several times now, and we don't think we'll look anywhere else, as we're very happy with them.

I hope this short review will help many who are still hesitant, quickly change their mind, and decide to go with Harry and Kate's five star service.

This is my second time using better and it is such an easy process especially if it’s your first mortgage. They support you through each step and are still there in the background helping to ensure your getting the best deals and rates available.

We ended up having a fairly complex flat purchase and it would have been a lot worse had we not been allocated Harry Sall and Amanda Baker as our mortgage broker & case manager. Harry took the time over a call to initially explain the process of getting a mortgage to me (which was super useful as a FTB). Further to this he gave comprehensive replies to my many questions over email throughout the whole purchasing process and even called me at work when our solicitor erroneously attempted to cancel our mortgage offer to check that we wanted to cancel (we did not!). Amanda was super helpful and incredibly responsive throughout the process as well and made our lives so much easier when dealing with the lender. I would recommend both Harry and Amanda to anyone looking to get a mortgage.

I honesty cannot sing Jerome's praises highly enough, he has been utterly incredible and I can't believe how quickly he got everything sorted out for me. He is incredibly responsive, knows exactly what he is talking about and was able to guide me through if I ever got a bit lost. He has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and I am beyond grateful he got my case.

I've been working with Charlie Kirby for my mortgage and re-mortgage needs for the past 10 years, and the experience has been nothing but smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Fast application and great communication

Experience has been good thus far.

My mortgage didn’t complete. Vital information regarding a second mortgage and the intent of that second mortgage was not passed to the legal team. I had to request a postponement the day before completion. I have had plenty experience moving house, remortgaging etc and this was the worst experience. I will be looking at legal action and compensation.

Very good free mortgage broker. I totally recommend them for buy-to-let mortgages. The communication was good; they reply very quickly to emails.

Fast and uncomplicated

Excellent quality of service. Personally, I found that Better matches my preferred style of communication compared to its competitors in that they use email and the portal for quick updates or providing details/documentation but also schedule in phone calls when deeper discussions such as going through mortgage options is required.

I really liked that once you get your house offer accepted, you're assigned a specific Senior Advisor and Case Manager. I was assigned Gary as my Senior Advisor and Ellie as my Case Manager who were both very responsive and friendly.

Made switching my mortgage very easy and the monthly checking service is really useful.

It's the best brokers ever! Especially Kojo, who helped us to find a Lender with good rates and the amount of sum we needed :)

Amanda B and the better team were excellent from start to finish. As a M customer the journey and experience was easy and simple. Comms were good pre, during and post completion. I would highly recommend! Thank you Amanda.
