Better Batt Reviews 

Ordered 2 batteries on 26 January, it's now 4 March and finally, they are on the way.... More than 5 weeks later. That is not good service!

The battery was delivered quickly. There was an issue with my order at first and I was contacted quickly to resolve it which was nice, because replacing my battery was very time-sensitive. The battery life is great. A high quality product that does the job perfectly.

The product arrived much quicker than I had even hoped (even in the lead up to Christmas) and my Bose SoundLink Mini speaker is now working better than ever. On and off my laptop was unable to detect the battery and I was out of the Better Battery return window of 400 days from the purchase date. But I still thought of connecting with them for a solution and wasn't disappointed at all. Great products and service, I can highly recommend!

Our laptop indicated the battery to be fully charged, but the laptop switched itself off as soon as the AC power chord was removed. I asked two computer repair shops in our town for help, but they were not able to advise.

Marvin from BetterBatt very quickly identified the problem and navigated us through the process to reconfigure Windows. Our laptop works great now.

I had made a mistake in ordering a Mobile phone battery, and Better Barr's solved the problem straight away by giving me a full refund despit it being my mistake.
